We went to Fethiye hoping to hide in the greenery of the pines from the heat, but it didn't work out! very little greenery. The disadvantage is that all a la carte restaurants are for an additional fee. There is a construction site on the side of the hotel, if the room is land view, there is a chance that it will be noisy.

Cons: disgusting buffet. There are many cases of poisoning, rotovirus and LCD disorders. Tasteless, monotonous from day to day and a lot of oil. Children don't want to eat anything on the third day. There is no infrastructure outside the hotel, just ruins and a construction site. The contingent consists of 95 percent citizens of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, the rest are Turks and a little British. The last day of arrival at the hotel was the most memorable. Before leaving the hotel, we wanted to go to the Balbura restaurant....... all the tables were occupied, we decided to wait, we waited, the following customers (British) came: they were given a table right away, there are no Russian seats for us. And this attitude was felt throughout. The price of the hotel bites. Quality wants to be ............ I don't recommend it. 4 to this hotel. No more.

The hotel can be attributed to the list of smoke wherever you want. Drink as much as you want. Good quality alcohol. They took cocktails . Tasty. There is no natural juice. Packaged. It's very noisy.
We have been to many hotels and have never seen the hotel staff eating with the guests. This is the norm here.
Hammam: regular. It can be better. But that's not the main thing.Massage is very imposed.
Minimalism in everything............... except for the price.
For me, this is a hotel for those who like to drink a lot. I don't recommend it.

All pools are icy!!!! The children 's and aqua do not come in at all , they are all empty . The hotel itself claims that its central pool is heated, but it is cold and only the bravest swim in it!!! This is a significant disadvantage for our family. Pay a very decent amount for the hotel and not swim in hot weather. There is an indoor pool in the spa, it is of normal temperature, but we did not come here to sit indoors. If I had known in advance that there was such a problem, I would have chosen another hotel!

The hotel is new, five stars. But something is missing. There is very little vegetation, palm trees all stand with leaves gathered "in a bunch", as a result there is no shade.
Every evening there is a disco with incredibly loud music. I can't imagine how the residents of the rooms looking at the sea feel, whose speakers hang exactly opposite the windows.
There is nothing around the hotel. All beach activities are paid. Sun loungers by the pool and by the sea should be occupied as early as possible, otherwise you will not lie down, the tennis court is paid in the evenings, as it turns out that electricity for lighting it is expensive. It is simply impossible to play during the day because of the heat. There are only 2-3 table tennis tables, the rackets for them are in terrible condition. There are no new ones at the reception.
There are queues in all bars. Always. Cocktails are prepared by anyone who knows how. One time it's nothing, the other time it's impossible to drink.
You can't get into the kids' club, it's always busy.
The food in the restaurants is not very diverse. They try to arrange themed cuisine evenings, but there is not enough choice. Seafood was served once a week. There is always a queue for something new, or it is no longer there.
You will never find waiters anywhere.
As for the rooms, we had a two-room suite on the top floor. Everything is clean, new, and beautiful. The view is cool on the sea and mountains. There are no complaints about the numbers.

The hotel is new, the staff is all new, mostly students or just young people. Where are the flaws in the quality and tact of service. And in the rooms, the more senior cleaners do not really delve into the meaning of the DO NOT DISTURB label, etc. A shared room service for three people.
The contingent is mixed, few Russians, few young people. Basically, it is quite respectable, so it is impossible to explain to them why it is impossible with children in the 16+ beach area - no one dares, but it is impossible to get away from children's screams or iPads with smeshariki.
The area is large enough to walk around, but completely bald. In 3-4 years, when the palm trees grow up, it will be great!
Alcohol, cocktails, beer - all for three. You can drink, but not more than 3 days in a row, then even the tiniest stomach begins to demand ayran. There is no question of any imported drinks, everything looks like local, but branded.
There is a wasteland outside the hotel, there is nowhere to walk.

A new hotel! That's great! Everything is clean, working, aesthetically pleasing to the eye. No "Oriental fairy tale", very stylish European design.

There are many of them. Everything is up to 140cm deep with cool clean water. There is a separate 16+ swimming pool and sun beds around them - that's where the staff monitors the age contingent of vacationers.

Restaurant.
There is sooo much food, the grill, meat and fish are excellent. But there is no seafood, and those that were inedible. Fresh fruits, vegetables, huge tables with desserts, ice cream, etc. Belly feast. There is less choice in the 16+ restaurant, but it is much freer and quieter.
Separate outdoor areas with snacks, burgers, etc. also help to survive the breaks between main meals))
Waiters in T-shirts and on Tiffany-colored rollers constantly ply along the sun beds by the pool. If it's hard to go for a beer yourself, they'll bring it!
There are a lot of sun beds, there are on the grass on the beach, there are on the sand. Of course, the first line is already occupied by someone's towels and air mattresses at 6 a.m., but this is inevitable. You can always find an empty one. In general, it seemed that there were not very many people in the last 2 weeks of August 2021.
The sea is clear. The beach is sandy, with pebbles in places. The approach is gentle, but there are pebbles that need to be deftly jumped over) the water is dark, green-blue. But if you take a yacht trip to the neighboring islands, you can swim in the coves in clearer water, but the same deep blue.
Animation is enough if you want to jump in the pool to music or kick a ball. Every evening, concerts and performances on the big stage sometimes drag on until 0:00, and you can hear them all over the hotel. But in general, there is enough time to dance and relax.
The SPA area. Cool, big. The managers are very helpful and willing to bargain. So I recommend going for a massage two or three times!
In general, the staff of the entire hotel is helpful and friendly. Not intrusive.
Conclusions: I recommend you to visit this 2021 season. It is likely that they will have a new season with fixed bugs, but with a 2-fold increased price tag!
