I earned my 5 stars absolutely honestly and deservedly! The hotel is not new, but everything is kept in good condition, the rooms and public spaces are periodically renovated. The service is excellent - cleanliness and order everywhere, the garden is in perfect condition, the beach is clean.
One of the disadvantages is just the beach - it is covered with small pebbles such as coarse sand, it is normal to walk on it, but there are cobblestones in the sea:(it is difficult to enter without aquasocks. But the sea is the purest! Around the mountain! The smells of pine needles and flowering trees are just space!!!
The pools are clean, they do not smell strongly of chlorine. The water park is small, in good condition, and the main thing is that the instructors there really keep order, and not just sing songs and get to know the girls. A big and fat credit to local physical education teachers.
We haven't been to the gym or to sports classes, I can't estimate it.
There are many Russian and Russian-speaking animators in the children's club, adult children spend half a day at the water park. They are also fed there. The children's restaurant was popular with children.
The adult restaurant is just huge! While you're going around the whole buffet, you're going to salivate. And everything is very tasty. Only once did I get a salad with sooo salty fish, I couldn't eat it. The fish is delicious, there is enough meat, fresh orange juice and yoghurts are very tasty for breakfast, baklava and ice cream for lunch and dinner. They pour good alcohol, mostly imported - I haven't seen any local alcohol except wine. The wine, by the way, is also delicious and decent. I can't say about beer, we didn't drink it. By the way, the mini-bar in the room is free.
TV in the room with satellite, 3-4 pieces of Russian channels are available.
Cleaning is daily, towels were changed regularly even without dropping on the floor.

The elevator on the beach is not equipped with a ventilation system,
Stuck in it, you can easily suffocate. From the moment of stopping to opening, 20 minutes have passed and it's at 40 heat!!! I had to break down the door after 10 minutes so that I could breathe .

Dear visitors of the site, I would like to leave my feedback, I hope it will be useful to someone.
Pros for: nature (mountains, pines, water-the purest and most transparent, unreal), FOOD is just a bomb, it's generally a song, serenade and opera! It's just very tasty, absolutely everything! Grilled meat and fish, several types of pasta, vegetables in all kinds, sweets -ready to kiss the chefs! It's tastier than anything I've ever tasted!
There are always Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, they are always ready to help. Controversial points (not minuses, namely controversial points): the number of rooms. Yes, I agree, the renovation is not the freshest, but it is quite possible to live. As much as I'm picky about the freshness of repairs, but with such food and nature, I don't really look at it at all. And I advise you not to focus on it, because they definitely don't go to such a nature for room repairs! They don't stay in the rooms all day long.
They say that the best time to visit here is in September. This year, at the beginning of October, the rains are already beginning to fall a little.
I recommend the hotel.

Everything is super and the rooms, and the service, and the food.
Animation... It's the best I've ever watched at the moment.
I want to remember what I didn't like and nothing works out. I liked everything.
Although... although there is one drawback - there are a lot of vacationers even at the beginning of the season.
But it's understandable, because the hotel is super!!!

Very difficult territory. Mountains, heat. Until you get somewhere, you'll get soaked all over and rub yourself with everything you can and can't.
The food is normal. The beach is so-so - rocks.
There were more negative impressions from the hotel. We definitely won't go again. We were a family (2 children+2 adults)
