The stores have a poor assortment, the online store is better, but the service there is so terrible. The delivery is long, by mail, return only via mail. Free shipping is never free when you make a refund.

I have the opportunity to compare all the boutiques and shopping malls in the city, since I work as a Mystery Shopper on weekends and have seen a lot of different boutiques) So one day, as a secret shopper, I went to Khan Shatyr shopping center. After working out, I decided to make purchases for myself, as I have been looking for the perfect trench coat for a long time. Of course, I was attracted by the showcase of this store. I have known this store for a long time, I made purchases and was in this store in other shopping malls, but I was surprised what I saw behind the mannequins in the window. It was an insanely beautiful design, a very bright store. When I went into the store, I felt that everything had been thought out to the smallest detail. From renovation to design with interesting creative elements. The store is very different from all the stores of this brand in the city, as it is after reconstruction. To fully experience my feelings, be sure to visit it. Here I am walking around the store admiring and the seller comes up to me, an attractive girl, greets me. You know, what struck me was her mood, her smile was constant, it felt like she really liked working with clients, and not like we used to see sellers who don't pay attention to you with their killer: "How can I help you?») I know how sellers should work, and then I was surprised, the girl identified my need and found my perfect trench coat. We went into the fitting room, everything was perfect here too. There are a lot of fitting rooms, clean, a huge mirror on the entire wall, leaving the fitting room you can fully examine the thing. The trench coat fit perfectly, without thinking, I went to the checkout. You also need to see the cash register in person, it's like you get into a greenhouse, it's very beautiful. The service at the checkout is fast. I am happy with the purchase and go to the exit, they said goodbye to me in a friendly way.
