I didn't like the grilled menu very much, the dishes were over-dried. The mead is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant. There is live music, but it was a little loud (even after the guys finished their performance). The hookah is very tasty, but it was strong for me (although they took an average one).

We booked a separate room, designed just for the number of people that we had. When we arrived at the institution, they refused to put us at the reserved table, because people were already sitting there. The only suggestion was to put us at the shifted tables, at which we still did not have enough space. They sat on top of each other. The staff of the institution was in no hurry to correct the situation, they had to ask for the menu themselves, wait for 30 minutes until the waiter came up. There was also a picture of the waiters arguing on "chi chi fo" who would serve us. There were always sidelong glances from the staff.

They advised me to go to this place, I do not remember worse service, the waiter came up 15 minutes after we entered, made an order, brought the wrong thing that we ordered, then tried to make fools of us. I doubt very much that the portions correspond to reality according to the grams: the plate of grilled vegetables was made of three pepper, tomato and eggplant burnt like coals, weighing 50 grams. It wasn't the waiter who counted on us, but the bartender. There was no apology or compliment from the institution. Don't set foot in this place anymore.

We went to a British party. While there was an event, there was good music and not loud, it was possible to chat (well, as if they go to a beer bar for this - to drink beer and talk). But then the "party" ended and turned on the tic-tac at full volume, it became impossible to talk there, just like just being there. As we left, we asked the waitress what the joke was in the beer bar to turn on the disco. To which she replied that we work until 6 in the morning, if there is no music, then no one will come to dance with us. The most absurd thing is that no one was dancing there and three tables were occupied. In general, this music is not needed by anyone, it spoiled the impression.
The beer is fresh and good, the snacks are also quite good and the price tag is adequate.

A person who judges visitors purely by age and potential wallet is not particularly pleasant.

The man showed us with all his appearance, as if we were not at the right level to visit:

3) ignorance of basic mathematics in the calculation
4) did not hear or did not want to hear..but to one person from my company, I gave x2 of the entire receipt for payment, fortunately I have good eyesight and I pushed the phone away from the terminal in time (there probably would have been an even bigger problem if the payment had passed)
For the first time, we decided to just pay off this character purely by check (she didn't deserve to get a tip for such service)
