I have been in Turkey for a long time and have visited many restaurants in Alanya, Antalya, Gazipasi, Mersin, but I have never met anything like this... not that terrible service, but an aggressive chauvinist attitude. I'm not exaggerating right now. Turkey is a very hospitable country with kind and helpful people, but what I met in this institution does not fit into my head, namely: we gathered a company of 20 people to play mafia (similar parties were held in different establishments of Alanya and always took place in a kind atmosphere). A few hours after our stay in this place, our company (consisting of absolutely sober, well-mannered and adequate people) was asked to leave, citing the following as the reason, attention: you order a little and take up a lot of space. But we, as non-conflicted people, asked us to calculate and wanted to say goodbye to this institution, but we were not allowed to do so. In the bill, which included those things that in Turkey always come as a compliment from the institution (vegetable salad, bread), we were included in the bill for a total amount of 1000 liras, although we did not order them, these "compliments" were put on the table for us without specifying that we would have to pay for them. Tamam, we were ready to pay for them too, just to complete our acquaintance with this poorhouse faster. But no, this was not in the plans of the staff of the institution and the management. They did not offer, but demanded to pay them 5,000 lire for the service, then the amount fell to 2,000 lire, but the wildest thing was that they tried to provoke a fight and swore obscenities at us (there were Azerbaijanis and Turks among us, so we could not misunderstand). After that, the doors were locked in the institution and 4 staff members were put on the exit so that we could not leave. This smells like a criminal article for a minute. Moreover, the Turkish-speaking guys from our team tried in every possible way to talk to the leadership "in their language", but without success. The thirst for profit burned in the eyes of the staff and the management of the institution. Us. They started threatening the police, but we would have been happy to call the staff ourselves, but we absolutely did not want to waste time and nerves on these actions. As a result, we paid the bill and in addition left about 1,500 lira on top to get behind us. The seemingly decent and pleasant establishment turned out to be a hotbed of evil and negativity. People, I do not recommend visiting this institution to anyone. Such behavior on the part of any institution engaged in servicing is not something that is unacceptable, it is difficult to imagine such a thing in principle! But for the staff of this institution, apparently, this is normal. And when trying to film the process on a phone camera, the phone was snatched out and in every possible way prevented from shooting. Welcome to the Stone Age… In general, it's terrible... the food, by the way, looked good, but would you like to try it after such a story?
