We were at the brewery restaurant in May on a Friday. There were a lot of people in the restaurant. The interior is made in a European way - beautifully and exquisitely. But the service leaves much to be desired - no one met us at the entrance. We walked to the bar ourselves and asked the receptionist. He was pointed out to us - it turned out to be a bartender. Through him, we were able to find a free table and then he carried all the orders to us personally. Of course, it's understandable when the waiters can't cope, but he served us all evening. And, by the way, the food and wine there were so-so - 3 points on a 5-point scale, the local beer from the factory really sucks! I do not recommend this place for dinner... Well, maybe it's suitable for a local holiday

The establishment is on solid 4! The cuisine is delicious, they cook well, but the meat cuts are weak, the cuts were dry and tasteless.Beer is like beer, delicious and in abundance of varieties, everyone will find something for themselves!The waiters work well and promptly, and most importantly not intrusively. If you are passing through the city as you were, we recommend you to visit.

The food is delicious, the service is good. Two big disadvantages:
1. Different menus in the building and on the street. Sitting outside, you can drink beer on the terrace and order snacks only... For some reason, the menu of the restaurant itself cannot be ordered outside. If you want soup and a normal second course...Alas, I will disappoint you...you will stay hungry ...
2. If you have not booked a table in the restaurant (in the building) in advance, getting there and eating will be very problematic. We went to a restaurant after an excursion to the beer museum and there just weren't any empty seats. We decided to eat on the terrace and faced the first disadvantage (read above).

The guide is a master of his craft, with humor and working for the group. He tells and conducts the program in such a way that you will not be distracted. Time flies by imperceptibly. Both adults and children will like it. I definitely advise you to take a tour. A huge disadvantage is that it is difficult to get tickets. On the website, when paying with a card, the system is blocked, there is no at the point of sale. I had to buy at the bank through the ERIP. The question, of course, needs to be thought through. The ticket price is 20 rubles. There is a restaurant at the factory. You can buy products with you.

The waiter (there is no name on the plate) behaves arrogantly and haughtily. There is no my favorite Leeds Lager and Super Fresh. And dark kvass! And this is in the restaurant at the factory! Food was brought, no napkins were brought. The sauce for the sticks was brought in half an hour, they forgot about the French fries. The plates are not being taken away.
The ice cream is great, and so is the beer.

The place is fire. And walking along the Lida, we can say that this is the most popular place. Again, I want to return to the issue of customer orientation of staff in Belarus. Several waiters pretended that they did not even see us, although the question was addressed directly to them. And even when a table was offered to us and we sat down, one of the waitresses quite impolitely asked what we were doing here. Thank you, Yuri, he served us quickly, answered questions about the menu, and offered a really great option. Delicious cuisine, good fresh beer, and kvass. I don't like kvass, which is on the market today, I still have a taste from childhood memories when kvass was sold in barrels. And I decided to try it here. And I want to say that Lida kvass is really the taste of childhood. I recommend. And if it is possible to book a table, make sure to do so.

I can only comment on the service and food on the open terrace, because unfortunately, it was not possible to get inside the cafe - all tables were reserved for the entire time of my stay in Lida.
The terrace:
- the menu is meager
- there is a large selection of beer (from the Lida brewery)
- the service is not as prompt as we would like, but it is difficult to blame the waiters (there are objectively not enough of them and they, without exaggeration, run around the hall)
- not all dishes from the menu were available
4 stars solely because I assume that the cafe itself has a richer menu and better service. Otherwise, I would have put less.

Probably, the food is delicious here, but it didn't work out: we arrived at about 15:00, we were almost denied service, because some kind of event like a quiz is supposed to start at 17. We managed to persuade the staff to let us have a glass of beer. We were escorted to the table and forgotten. They caught the "maintenance" staff to make an order, to pay.
And the interior is very pleasant. Therefore, three stars)
