I went to restore esim on September 24. There were 2 managers in the salon - a guy and a girl, Diana. The guy was obviously new and dumb, trying to get help from this Diana. She answered him very rudely and did not help him. In fact, I stood and waited for her to deign to help. When I couldn't stand it and told her to solve the issue, I got the answer that it was none of her business and then Madame left altogether. I had to leave the salon without doing anything.
Please explain to the girl the rules of working with clients or find her another job.
