To contact the corporate customer department, you first need to call the call center for individuals, and after the card is deposited, either they will hang on the waiting tube, or they will spend half an hour finding out the number for legal entities (absurd: employees do not know the numbers of their own departments). After that, they are sent to several different addresses in order to transfer two pieces of paper and each of the addresses has its own rules. But the employee at Pobediteley Avenue 1 (contacted there on 01/30/2025) communicates as if we owe her something. They haven't heard about customer orientation in this company at all. But the most interesting thing is that this whole circus is due to the fact that the company does not know how to recalculate. Thank you for spending half a day with several employees.
