As a result, I had to buy a QR code twice due to the fault of a negligent employee of this office.
In general, everything is pretty good, polite and thorough. There was no queue with me.
But I was offered a slightly suboptimal tariff for my situation - minus one point.
Connected without problems and a long wait. The disadvantage for non-residents is an expensive tariff (20 bel.rubles), you can independently choose a package of minutes and Internet. The quality of communication is 4 - even in Minsk, the Internet signal is not good everywhere.
