Every time after visiting the lifecity medical center, a negative impression remained.
What I noted:
- Unfriendly staff. The girls went about their business all the time and sometimes didn't pay attention to me. There were also friendly girls, but against the general background it seemed that I was not welcome here
- The prices on the site do not correspond to reality at all. They have not updated the information for a year, although prices rise every time. It is not very pleasant to find out at the very end that the reception costs 2 times more expensive.
- Unqualified doctors. I was at the dentist and gynecologist. Every time there was a negative impression. I'll tell you about each experience below:
1. I came to the dentist for a routine checkup. I wanted to know about the main problems: the quality of wisdom teeth and molars. The doctor looked at it for 1 minute, without even checking the seals, and said that nothing needed to be done, he could write it down for cleaning. It was unclear what kind of technique this was, but I was glad that my teeth were in order.
But after 3 months, the seal fell out and this time I went to a doctor I knew. It turned out that I had 2 teeth with a bad filling, and 1 tooth reached pulpitis. I also found out about wisdom teeth, not exactly good news. I don't think that everything got bad in such a short period of time, so I was very upset that I couldn't find caries in the early stages at lifecity, because I had to treat pulpitis.
2. The same story happened with the gynecologist. I went to a doctor of the highest category (I usually visited Eva, but at that time there was an urgent situation and I needed to be closer to home). I started bleeding and immediately ran to the gynecologist (I know what it is, because I had experience before).
The gynecologist at lifecity began to deny that it was bleeding, because I came on day 5 (that is, the doctor can't even distinguish blood from ms), started blaming hormonal pills for everything and told me to contact my doctor. Thank you for writing out at least a prescription to stop the bleeding. I didn't understand this lack of professionalism and shifting responsibility to my doctor or pills. And I will remind you that this was a doctor of the highest category
Unfortunately, I don't want to give a third chance anymore. I liked the sports complex here, but I would like the medical center to be improved as well☹️

I got to Vladislav Igorevich's appointment by chance. It was necessary to do an urgent hygienic cleaning. For the first time, I had this procedure performed as accurately and efficiently as possible. Subsequently, the gums did not bleed, as they used to after professional cleaning.
Recommendations on care were given, as well as thorough explanations to all my questions. Among other things, he suggested how to stop the gum recession with the latest technologies.
At the first appointment, the doctor indicated that 4 teeth needed treatment. After taking a 3D picture, the fears were confirmed. As soon as the doctor cured my first tooth, I decided that I would return to him to treat the rest of my teeth. I liked the way Vladislav Ivanovich works so much!
After covid, I have PA, and in the dentist's office, almost everyone feels uncomfortable without this problem. If you have the same situation, I recommend contacting this specialist and you will receive treatment: pain-free, client-oriented approach to the patient, good mood, healthy and beautiful teeth. You can relax in the armchair, as you are in the hands of a professional!

I signed up with a gynecologist with the desire to avoid rudeness and rudeness, which are ubiquitous in free clinics, but unfortunately, it was not possible to avoid this. I came out after the reception feeling humiliated.
In addition, the communication of the staff at the reception discourages all desire to return - they communicate with pretension and rudeness.
But still, some specialists are trusted and treat their work well.

I go to the gym here. The gym is very spacious, the coaching staff is professional, the simulators are not bad. Parking is convenient and large, in the evening the car can not be parked from the first circle, but this does not compare with the difficulties of parking cars in the halls located in Minsk.
From the minus side, these are lockers in the men's locker room, in the morning when there is almost no one in the hall, most of the lockers are closed. Most likely someone codes them from the evening for fun.

The courts are very dirty (green shoes after training), the showers are killed in the trash - dirt, mold, shower watering cans do not hold, half of the locks in the cupboards are either broken or do not work. The staff responded to the comments with the phrase "write a request". Think seriously before coming here, or better yet, look for more options.

I got to the therapist (I was registered for acute abdominal pain). The doctor did not prescribe any recommendations except pills, neither ultrasound, nor an umbrella what to do, I had to pull words out of the doctor!
When examining the abdomen, the doctor did not notice the scars from the operation (4 stitches!) and found out only when I told about it myself. Also, in conclusion, there were some data that did not correspond to my words. Perhaps by the end of the day the doctor was tired, but I paid money for it. The impression of the clinic is spoiled, it's a pity

I always go to the Life City medical center, the doctors are very responsive, they always want to help and figure out the problem. I've been here to see a cardiologist, a gynecologist, and I've done ultrasounds many times. Prices here are lower than in most medical centers in Minsk. The administrators are friendly, they will always help and prompt. Without too much pathos, but also not the level of a polyclinic. I really had to wait for an appointment a couple of times, but it's not critical.

Gastroenterologist Yartseva is "promoted" at the reception. I wanted to re-sign, the specialist thought that I wanted to see another doctor. She began to tell me how wonderful Yartseva's doctor really is. It seems like nothing like that, but you have other gastroenterologists and in this way you take away their clients in favor of Yartseva. Doctor Mood. The initial reception was good, they asked me everything, explained everything. The secondary reception left much to be desired. My tests were not explained to me, the doctor answered the questions "leave me alone." If we were in a government office, she would roll her eyes, that's the mood she was in. I came out of the reception with the feeling that I was scolded like a girl for my ignorance of stomach issues.
And the cherry on the cake at the reception: admission after 1.5 months to the same doctor is not repeated. The difference between primary and repeated is small (in rubles), but the fact itself is important. Repeated admission is with a difference of no more than 1 month.

Pediatrician Panferova Tatyana Viktorovna. The first time Tatyana Viktorovna got there was completely by accident. I chose the nearest medical center where there was an appointment. I really liked the approach to the child. My daughter is 4.5 years old, after the doctors from the clinic, she did not trust anyone, she was always scared. And Tatyana Viktorovna has a cool approach, everything is in the game. Full inspection, with humor, playfully. The daughter did not even have time to realize that she was at a doctor's appointment and was fully examined. I also liked that the doctor did not prescribe a whole list of stupid drugs. She clearly explained to me, as a person very far from medicine, the principle of action of certain drugs, the evidence of effectiveness. I was at a gastroenterologist's appointment, I don't remember the doctor's last name. In general, the reception was 3.5 out of 5. I didn't like that the doctor filled out information about me for 20 minutes, and only paid attention to me for 10 minutes as a doctor to a patient. I claim that because I looked at the clock periodically. And when I started asking questions, after my half hour had expired (yes, 10 minutes was not enough for me), I said briefly and clearly, "I wrote everything to you."
A few days later, I decided to buy the medicines that she prescribed. There are only 3 medicines, each is responsible specifically for its own. For some reason, 1 of the list is not available in pharmacies, and there are not even 2 of its analogues... I called the clinic, asked them to ask the doctor what other medications I should look at then, and what to do. After 4 calls, they did not answer my question about what analogues there are and what I can take instead. The manager tried to offer to come to the doctor on some day and talk about something, to which I immediately said no, because I would not go to the other side of the city for 1 question and again I would not pay for the consultation. And the doctor actually said, I quote, "you don't have to take this medicine, it's not necessary, in general they don't have to be taken in a complex, you can somehow after if you find it, or if you feel better, then don't take it at all.".. I wonder how not to take it at all?)) This medicine is written in the instructions for erosions, the rest are not for this part. And I have erosion that needs to be treated)) That is, we "score" for treatment, because I probably don't want to pick up analogues, and it will do))
In general, if you need contact with a doctor, then you are not here. Also, if you are not ready to search for additional information on the Internet about your medicines and diseases, then you are not here either. It's only for independent people. With the medicine, I am now forced to search for information on the Internet myself and prescribe pills for myself...
