We stayed in Almaty for a week in an apartment. I really liked the conditions! 💖 Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Excellent repair, everything is clean and tidy. We were very satisfied! Tea, coffee, sugar, chocolate, toothpaste, brushes, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, powder, detergents, disposable slippers - everything was there! 👍The dishes are new, high-quality (plates, glasses, cups). It is very modern and cozy. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This organization also has separate rooms and hostels. New and very modern, the purest! 👏 The staff is friendly, sociable ( thanks Galia 🤗). Questions by phone or WA were always answered. 🙏 We made a notification of the arrival of migrants without problems ( as it should be) , for which we would like to thank them I heartily recommend contacting them! An honest organization! And the quality of services is excellent! 🎯Keep it up ! 🎉

Great place! Justifies its name. Very cozy, clean. We stayed in an apartment, in a separate room. It is spacious, bright, and not hot. The complete set is in the kitchen. Close to the center, you can park. Excellent wifi.

Hello. My friend and I were at this hotel. We took a 2-bed room . We really liked it. Firstly, it is clean, secondly it is quiet, and thirdly it is cozy. Next time I will definitely book here. I recommend it to everyone. Aida is an administrator, very polite, tactful. It was a pleasure for us .

The toilet and shower are constantly damp due to poor ventilation. A man's shower is inconvenient, because you need to undress outside so that things are dry.

I spent the night in a separate apartment from this hostel at the end of November. I can't say anything bad, even if I find fault. Very polite, friendly receptionist! (It seems to be Saul. I'm sorry if I wrote it wrong)She issued and settled without payment, because we had to exchange rubles for tenge, told us, drew where to exchange, and made notifications. It's just wonderful. The room itself is absolutely equipped with all amenities: good Internet, TV with cable, beautiful interior, elegant bed, iron with board, washing machine, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, even tea and coffee bags! Everything is exquisite. In general, the room is gorgeous. I have never seen such a wonderful attitude anywhere else! And everything is a stone's throw from the center, on Timiryazev Street there is everything for life. While we were making out, I saw the homely atmosphere in the hostel.
