I would have given zero star but google does not have that option.
It is a cheat Company. They delayed the project by more than 12 months and because of the delay i cancelled the project. For cancellation they are asking me to wait for the refund until the flat is sold. The agreement terms and condition is against the customers by all means. Kindly read the terms. Company is not trust worthy.

An amazing developer! Bluethauer has been building since 2019. There is already such a delay in deadlines. The horror! He's not making contact. Ignores it. Managers are generally like that. When you write to them, they do not respond. But as soon as you write down what you want to buy. What activity is starting! Now the deadline has been pushed back to June 2025. The units were sent in Georgian to make it clearer. The transfer paper. They do not participate in the correspondence, they ignore it. They block it in social networks.
