I bought an apartment in Batumi from this developer. There are many apartment options, experts help to make a deal without contacting a realtor, answer all questions. I bought it in a house under construction, which will be commissioned in 2025. I think the investment will pay off pretty quickly.

This company will be interested in you as an investor only until you pay the entire amount of the contract. After that, managers (especially this applies to manager Svetlana) may not respond to your calls and messages for weeks.
I share my personal experience:
on 06/01/2021, I signed a preliminary contract with the company for the purchase and sale of apartments in block A (hotel block) of the Blue Sky Tower project with complete repairs and furnishings according to the standard of the management company and on the terms of completion in October 2022 and commissioning in March 2023. In May 2022, I fully paid the cost of the apartments and planned to conclude the main contract, but ... To begin with, they sent me the main contract without a date for completion of construction and commissioning, for the apartments of block B with an additional payment for repairs (which already indicates the qualification of the manager).
After my remark that such an agreement does not comply with the preliminary agreement and is legally incompetent, they sent me an additional agreement to sign, and now attention!!! with the completion date of May 2024 and the commissioning date of May 2025!!! That is, the construction period has shifted by 19 months, and the commissioning period by 27 months!!!!
This is an investment, isn't it... To my surprise, to say the least, I was informed that they had force majeure due to covid (this is despite the fact that a year has passed since the conclusion of the preliminary agreement and heroic videos about the shock course of construction were regularly posted on YouTube and there was no information about the suspension) and in general it turns out that A TECHNICAL ERROR WAS MADE in the preliminary agreement!! and the completion date should have been October 2023, not 2022.
It is clear that with such deadlines, there can be no question of any investment attractiveness. I offered to terminate the contract with payment of penalties in addition to the amount of the contract in the amount of 20% of the amount of the contract, to which I received an answer – we can compensate you only the amount of the contract. And this is despite the fact that over the year the cost per square meter in the Blue Sky Tower has risen by about 20%, i.e. the company, if it were decent and responsible, could fulfill the terms of termination of the contract with penalties, and then sell these apartments not only without loss to itself, but also with
Therefore, I advise those who are going to interact with LLC "Like House" to think ten times whether it is worth doing this with such a "responsible" developer.
And if someone doubts, I can provide all the documents and correspondence so as not to be unfounded and not to be accused that the review is registered.
Now, as a matter of principle, upon the failure of the terms of the contract, I will file a lawsuit and demand not only penalties, but also moral damage, etc.
