My Mother's Day order couldn't be accepted for a whole week.
I started writing on Monday, a week before the holiday itself. Either there is no answer, or they say "we are clarifying the information" by the flower, then by the sweet filling.
The day before the holiday, on Sunday, there was also no response or greetings, we had to urgently look for a new service for delivering flowers to two mothers at once.
Frankly, they let us down, because some services stop accepting orders due to workload. No apologies have been received either.
The flowers are beautiful, but it's a pity the service is not built.
