A nice guest house, despite the compact conditions, everything is very cozy. We were served a fresh traditional breakfast in the morning, and the hosts were very friendly. Excellent location, 12 minutes by retro tram to the cultural beach, 7 minutes to the old town. There are a lot of cafes for different tastes and budgets, including traditional Turkish food, within walking distance. It is located deep in the block, so peace and absence of revelers under the windows is guaranteed. A very good budget option.
The hosts talked to us, which made us feel comfortable.
I advise you to stay here!

- we arrived — the boiler broke down, and there was no water until lunch the next day,
- we left our things for a couple of days to walk along the Lycian trail, and on our return we booked another night at this hotel. Upon returning, it turned out that this was a paid service — 5 euros, not much, but it was unpleasant that they did not immediately say.
+ it is convenient to get to the airport — in an hour by tram, taking into account the road to the stop (10 minutes) and waiting for the tram (they run every 14 minutes).
Pros: friendly host and staff, the house itself is atmospheric and cozy courtyard, working air conditioning.
Minus: when you come in everything is clean, but no matter how long you live, they don't clean up, they don't even take out the garbage, one day the sewer started to stink, but the next day there was no smell.
The hotel has a courtyard, a small kitchen. The rooms are small, with a window. The toilet is combined with a shower, one for the entire floor. The windows overlook a quiet street. The location is convenient, not far from the sights. It was cool at night.
The bed linen is dirty, the towels are stained and the whole bathroom is mildewed. I didn't like it. There is a street of bars under the hotel and they are noisy until 5 am. At 8 o'clock, everything opens again. The constant hype makes my head hurt. I'm not usually picky about where to sleep and live, but it was terrible here.
