I recently went to your coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee is simply divine, and the atmosphere is very cozy.
I especially want to thank the barista girl, who was incredibly sweet and sociable.
Wonderful and delicious coffee, helpful staff and a whole showcase with desserts for every taste! There are even jelly trend seals and macaroons at reasonable prices (3.7p per piece)
We were on the Expobel and decided to take coffee with us, but it turned out to be a mistake to approach this island in the end.....the coffee is delicious, there are no questions, but the work of the barista girl leaves much to be desired, slow, distracted by her friends and her communication can hardly be called friendly....we definitely won't go there for coffee a second time, although the coffee is delicious. I've been going to this coffee shop since it opened, the coffee is delicious, I love this place immensely. Until yesterday, there were no questions to the staff. Two guys worked in shifts, amazing. Kind, polite, responsive, smiling. In general, not an institution, but honey. But, an unpleasant situation happened yesterday. At 21.38 we went to the expobel and stopped near the island, looked at the scoreboard with the menu, suddenly a barista girl turned to us and very rudely and abruptly cut off "we are not cooking coffee", although we did not even ask about it.
An extremely unpleasant situation, we did not expect to encounter such sudden rudeness. Not a foot in this place now. A great example of how staff can ruin your business.
If the owners are reading this review, please conduct training with the staff on correct communication.
If you want to drink really good coffee, then come here. They make the best coffee in the whole Expobel here. The cafe point itself is small, but there is a landing with two tables and very comfortable chairs. The place is small, but very atmospheric.
Price: as everywhere, it is standard from 3p (espresso) to 7p (branded Raf)
Now the most important thing: coffee. You can choose from 2 grains at the same price. And I can say that in Minsk I didn't drink better coffee in coffee shops.
Of the desserts, you can try: tartlets, curd rings and a wide variety of mousse desserts.
Therefore, I strongly advise you to visit.
