The family stayed here for 4 days. We are very glad to have a rest in this hotel. Comfortable bed, clean well-maintained room, very very nice kitchen, the territory is favorable. We received a bonus from the hosts- pilaf with mussels. Thank you very much! The guests are mostly families with children.
It was quite simple and culturally booked, Natalia met us, showed us everything, told us, the key to the gate, parking, room, two kitchen areas. We take it, satisfied. The water is in order, the pool is excellent, there are many places where you can sit and eat, you can cook on the grill. From the shops there is a chestnut tree and a small shop nearby. The highway, the sea, cows walk behind it, they don't really look after the beach. Get ready at 5 a.m. the rooster will wake you up.
The location for car owners is excellent. It is convenient to go in any direction, to the hot spring, to the Sukhumi beaches.
A great place, but you need to book in time.

We had a rest at the end of July in early August 2024. I liked the house very much. Modern, cozy, clean. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail here. Everything was in the room.
Air conditioning ,hair dryer, TV, clean towels. Each room has a balcony with sea views. After the beach, you can come to wash in hot water. There are two barbecue areas on the territory of the house. You can also sunbathe in the yard. There are sun loungers, a small swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with everything for cooking. A 10-minute drive from the house there is a steep modern Marnero beach. Good and kind hosts. I recommend this house to everyone!

The guest house is at the highest level, everything is clean, comfortable, in the room there is a hairdryer, a set of snow-white towels, a refrigerator, a TV, a split. On the 1st floor there is a comfortable kitchen-dining room with modern dishes and household appliances. A quiet, peaceful place. The room is spacious and has everything you need. There is an observation deck on the roof, where you can also sunbathe. There is a shop and a cafe nearby.

A brand new hotel, in a cozy place. Great location. Amazing sea view from the window. A comfortable room with everything you need for relaxation. Large parking for private transport. All amenities include a swimming pool and ski slopes right in the courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely go again. I recommend it to all lovers of a quiet family holiday by the sea.

A wonderful guest house. We had a rest in August 2023. Comfortable rooms, clean and cozy. There is a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook. The sea is within walking distance. Friendly hosts. We will definitely come again.
