It was no longer possible to refuse the child's tour , in this regard, we had to shorten our vacation stay from 10 days to 6 in order to arrive at the same time , and naturally overpay for air tickets. In 2024, Lina tour has reached a new level, now they will charge you money even if you don't fly anywhere, keep this in mind. For 2024, a special "thank you" was the most nervous trip due to the fact that manager Irina rubbed her nerves in all possible ways because of her greed. I'll start with the fact that she signed a contract in which she did not announce that by signing the contract you automatically owe the agency 20,000 tenge, it does not matter at all the outcome of your trip, signed - pay for what? It is not known. We have 2 contracts and, accordingly, 40 thousand withdrawals. We signed the contract and then the most interesting thing began, for which I will remember Irina all my life. She says the phrase (all tour agents say it): your tour, since you are flying in 5 days, is non-refundable. 100% fine. But she (like all agents) DID NOT MENTION that it would be non-refundable only after this tour was confirmed by the tour operator. She writes a couple of hours later, " your tour is rejected," look for another hotel. The fact is that on these dates all the hotels were already sold out and nothing was suitable for our budget. ( and we already spent more than 50% more than usual for this category of hotel) and there was nothing to add. To which she says I bought your tickets, you will fly to your favorite place, here's the "shit" hotels you eat either there or add another 500 + thousand. We chose a hotel, paid extra, says wait, I'll give you an answer later. For 2 days, my family and I spent the weekend on nerves . We thought about what to do if the hotel again does not confirm where to take another 500 + thousand. As a result, I called MY FRIEND, a former tour agent, and she calmed down and said that the agent does not buy any tickets if the hotel has not confirmed, and you can 100% take the money in full, except of course their commission of 40 thousand for the hassle that Ira gave us. She decided to play on the age of tourists and put them under stress, saying that we should fly to love, because she bought tickets and we can't refuse. By the way, the date of ticket purchase was indeed when the second hotel confirmed, and not when she said she had bought it. It would seem that a trifle could calm down and explain: do not worry, you can take your money if suddenly we do not find the right hotel, but Irina goes to the end, she does not care about her tourists and what condition they are in, She only cares about her commission. In 2 gis , they deleted their sharashkin office , because there was so much negativity there that it was easier to leave altogether than to endlessly justify oneself .
