Which, although she cut my hair well, but I left with a planted mood and an open question: "Why should I pay for being rude and spoiling my mood?" Politeness and tact are part of a hairdresser's job, and a master who does not cope with this duty, as a result, deserves no more than 2/5 marks. Although he cuts it fast, but is he rude? Maria's master (surname unknown) is rated 2/5. 2 points for a good haircut today, -3 points for disgusting service (rudeness, arrogance and malevolence). You have to be kinder.
