A cozy home-made hotel with excellent round-the-clock catering, well-groomed territory, a small touching zoo, a lot of space for walking outside the hotel:a lake, a coniferous forest, bike paths are equipped.The hotel staff does their job unnoticeably, there were no problems.There is a spa center.I recommend it for holidays with children, pensioners at any time of the year!

In Turkey for the first time, we were with a child. There is no point in writing about the rooms, there has been no repair for a long time. The beach and the sea itself, just fire. The only drawback on the beach is that the cigarette butts are not cleaned, they are scattered all over the beach sand. Overall, the location of the hotel is perfect. Everything is fine in terms of nutrition, the choice is for every taste. The staff is wonderful. We will definitely come again.

A good place, ~ 700 meters to the beach along a pleasant road, the 5-star hotel itself does not pull at all. A good European three. Wonderful varied food, everything is delicious and of high quality. Almost all the staff speaks Russian, 95% of the guests are Russians. There is a good territory, there is both an indoor and an outdoor pool, the rooms are not very good: poor-quality repairs and very poor for 5 stars.
Overall, the impression is positive, I recommend it, but I repeat - it's not 5 stars, so don't expect much.

I was at this hotel in July, there is no animation from the word at all. 1 Turk appeared sometimes - there are no Russian speakers. There was a rude bartender in the bar, sometimes he refused to pour drinks according to his mood 😂
Food is scarce, the indoor pool is closed, the hammam is also closed, after 19:00 they were not allowed to swim in the open, Wi-Fi was paid - they paid but he did not catch at all😂
The slides work according to the schedule, the only thing that pleased me was the entry into the sea. You could have gone to a much better hotel for this money, we wonder where they got a 4.5 rating, the hotel is old and pulls in a modest 4*

I was out of season. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, the room was large with a view of the pool, a good view from the fifth floor. The room cleaning is excellent. Towels and bed were changed daily. The food is not bad, I can't criticize, because I gained a couple of extra pounds. The waiters serve quickly, alcohol flows like a river. The indoor pool is warm, the sauna and hammam are excellent. A positive attitude and good company made the rest great.

A quiet, cozy place. The food is delicious and varied. They also drink as much as you want. If you don't yell "Tagil!!!" and do not urinate in the pool, the staff is quite friendly. However, they don't speak much Russian, mostly the staff knows English and German. Our compatriot Jesus lives next to the hotel. He offers guided tours and treats you to delicious tea. If you are there, then take a mix tour from him, you will not lose.

I have vacationed in Turkey several times. I liked it more here. I'll tell you why now. We had a vacation with friends in September 2020. an unforgettable time. The gentle, warm sea, which is a 10-minute walk away, but with such incredible pleasure through the spacious and pleasant streets!!! Right here you can buy leather shoes and much more! I really liked the excursion to the green canyon, we took tickets from Issus (that's the name). We liked everything, the food was varied and delicious, the room was clean and cleaned daily. Special thanks to the spa! Zhannochka, the kindest-hearted person, the hostess of the salon is responsive and attentive, and what a massage I got, it's just a song! Mustafa did the massage, remember this name! It was the best massage in my life! High-quality, professional, the way it should be!!! Mustafa treated me very correctly and with dignity, and I know that he treated others too. Girls, go for a massage, you will not regret it, you will get a lot of pleasure!!!! A great hotel for a relaxing holiday. We had a rest in late February-early March. This is our first experience of traveling to Turkey at this time of the year. The rest exceeded our expectations, and we remember the hotel and its staff with great warmth. Excellent food, a compact area with everything for a comfortable stay, including a tennis court and a football field, a picturesque lake next to the hotel, the proximity of a stop for independent trips to Manavgat or Ancient Side - this and much more made our vacation truly unforgettable. Very nice place,quiet,cozy,two swimming pools,sauna,hammam,heated pool,kitchen at a height, every day a change of dishes.We were in January, and people were swimming until December 31.We got some sun and rain, but it's very warm +15, the water in the sea is warm.For those who need peace and quiet, just come here.There are hotels nearby, but they are closed for the winter, so you can't go for a walk.The hotel has cages with chickens, peacocks, rabbits and some other small birds.A lot of cats-do not be afraid, they are all clean, not sick.The son has overworked everyone, and he is not the only one, everything is fine.I highly recommend it, come!!!

The rooms are clean. The plumbing is loose. They give out a maximum of soap. No shampoo or shower gel.
The food in the restaurant is generally normal and you will not stay hungry. The Turkish baklava is amazing. Fruits as you're lucky. A lot of spicy food, but for me it's a plus.
Alcohol in bars is disgusting. People are getting drunk frankly, there is not even a banal snack. Stupidly get drunk and on a disc for cattle under the Russian pop of the 90s. In the lobby bar, the bartender made a very bad impression and not only to us
There is almost no infrastructure on the beach. In the evening, at sunset, you are unlikely to sit with a glass of wine with a wonderful dinner. During the day, sun loungers, a mini bar with lunches. There is WiFi on the beach. In the evening, people go to the hotel for dinner and then drink.
Of the obvious advantages.
Proximity to the sights of Side. Manavgat is also nearby. If you like to walk, then you can walk without any problems, it's better to start in the morning while it's not so hot. There is a forest and a small lake nearby.
The general impression of a vacation in Turkey.
Avoid shopping in tour areas. Only local shops and markets. Pay in lira and better with a card. In tour zones, hucksters are greyhounds and daring - they will be deceived and will not even blink an eye. The same goes for shopping on excursions. For comparison, mulberry wine in the store is 600 rubles, on excursions from 20 euros and above. Carob syrup up to 200 rubles, in tour zones over 20 euros.
Local malls are no better than Russian provincial ones. There are also chain clothing boutiques and food courts. Turks still live with the idea that Russians come for jeans and a jacket and try to sell it all.
The Turks themselves are quite friendly and hospitable, but again, outside the tour zones. They like a tip for every sneeze. There is a lot of smoking, even in McDonald's ashtrays. Everything comes to life from about 10-11 a.m. Until then, almost everything is closed.

We had a rest in February. A wonderful hotel!!! I liked literally everything. Compact, cozy, well maintained. Even in winter, the hotel has a lot of guests. At the same time, no one bothers anyone. The food is excellent, everything is very tasty. Animation, live music, wonderful staff. I recommend visiting this wonderful place.

We had a rest in November 2018. On the plus side, the food is different, everything is delicious. You definitely won't stay hungry. The location is good, not far from the sea, 5 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean, the rooms are good. BUT if you are under 60 years old, there is nothing to do there, the hotel has a complete feeling that you have entered the house of German pensioners. There are 5-10 people at evening discos, maximum, local clubs are already closed at this time of the year. Alcohol with time restrictions from 11 to 23 pm (after 23:00 the waiters pour it, but of course for money). There are 20 percent Russians in the hotel%

The hotel is a 4-star hotel . the room stock is a bit "battered", but not much. the food is delicious. The sea is 10 minutes away. We rested in winter and it was the only working option on the coast. I was vacationing with a child (12 years old) and a friend in the second half of May 2019. The number was G 4 . In a separate one-storey building. There are only 6 rooms in the building! The room was a Family room. I really liked it! Instead of going out to the balcony, we had access to the pool and three sun loungers (each room has its own deck chairs). Children's pool, depth from 45 to 50 cm. At an air temperature of 27 °, the water in the pool was cool, as it was constantly in motion. It was almost quiet: no peacocks screaming at you, no crowing, no motor noise from buses and tourists coming and going. The only problem is the construction of slides at the neighboring hotel. But the noise stopped already at about 6-7 pm. And during the day, if you slept, then with the door to the pool closed, you couldn't hear any noise. Animation is also not heard in this situation. And so the animation ends at 23 o'clock. The room was clean. Cleaning was done every day. Towels were changed. The food is excellent. It is very difficult for me to feed my son on trips, there were no problems with this here. Excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. And what pastries and cakes!!! I read in the reviews about respect for the chef. I completely agree with this! I didn't feel like eating too much between meals. They were full. Not enough fruit, but it wasn't critical for us)) Oranges, apples, watermelons, medlar. We were leaving, strawberries and cherries began to appear on the table, but only for now on desserts) There is a mini zoo on the territory, if you can call it that. It takes a very long time to describe everything in detail) Of the important things: Wi-Fi is paid and works on the beach and throughout the hotel. We have not tried free at the reception. I liked the hotel. For a calm, quiet rest, that's the thing!)) The animation is weak, but this is our comparison with another hotel and another country)) It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the sea. But we were there only 2 times. The sea was cold (((The water warmed up well in the pool with slides, we were there in the afternoon)) Well, in short, that's about it)) And so, I would write more: about excursions, sultanite stone, market, shops, etc. I definitely recommend the hotel!!! But I won't go again in May, because of the cold sea.

There are definitely no 5 stars here . Not even a solid 3 can be pulled out . The rooms are terrible- the repair is a hundred years old, dirt, dust. The rooms are cold, there is a strong breeze from the balcony door, so it is risky with children. You can't order food in the room, only coffee 3/1. Wi-Fi is paid, free only in the bar, but the speed is such that you will pay there. The food is normal, nothing special, standard dishes. Given the huge selection of hotels, I do not recommend it here

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of December 2019. The rooms are old, the furniture is all scratched and battered, the balcony door does not close tightly, there is a huge gap, which makes the room cold. The rooms are mostly with single beds, there are very few double beds.
The food is delicious, but on the first day they saw a rat in the restaurant, of course it was not pleasant, I was very surprised that it was there, there are a lot of cats in the restaurant.
