Good afternoon, to the owners of this establishment. I am writing this comment specifically to you, as a fitback, so that you will become better, in the hope that you will read this. I will be as objective as possible. I was served by Master Andrey. A wonderful guy as a person. But as a hairdresser, I am not very experienced in my opinion. And it's not about theory and knowledge of terminology, which he probably knows, but it's about the aesthetics of the process that makes up the quality of service. And now in detail about those disadvantages that influenced my opinion: 1/ my hair is all over the contour, not just in the center. 2/ I wash my hair at the beginning 2 times. 1 time to wash off the fat, the second time to wash off the residue. 3/ it is advisable to wash your hair with light massaging pleasant movements. It is conditional to do a head massage. It's nice! 4/ often the masters remove the main length of the hair manually, and not with a machine so that it does not turn out neatly. So as not to drown the client in his own hair. 5/ but even if this happened as in the cases of this master (fingers are thick, it is difficult to make a short haircut), work with the machine slowly and be sure to blow off the remnants of hair with a hair dryer from the face and neck. In this case, it was flooded with water from above. And there was a mask of your own hair on your face. It's not pleasant! 6/when moisturizing your hair, do it carefully. Put your hand to the client's forehead as a visor and spray your head while no water gets on the client's face. The client will be loyal for this action. Also, please control the amount of moisture so that water does not flow from the head in streams under the neck, on the face, etc. It seems pretty simple... also just remembered :) please, using a smart brush, act more carefully, do not put the brush pile in your ear, well, this is not pleasant. 7/ please do not ask the client if he will wash his hair after the haircut or will it go like this?.. you are the master, you control the process. Be persistent! You need to wash your hair because a lot of small hairs then after cutting fall under the T-shirt and irritate the skin, get into the car interior, get on the pillow, etc. And in general, consulting with a client regarding haircuts in the process is, in my opinion, not an indicator of experience, because the client comes to a professional, and a professional knows how to do and what to do. A large number of questions creates a feeling in the client that the master is not a professional, then why would he ask so many questions. 8/ if it turns out that you don't have time to finish with the client on time and the new client is already waiting, please take your time, because when you start rushing, everything falls out of your hands, you forget about the service, you make mistakes and as a result you lose two customers! Will you ask why two? Yes, because the first one did not receive the service, and the second one, seeing the dissatisfaction of the first one, will immediately change his mind or at least begin to be tormented by doubts. But almost every adequate person is ready to wait 15-20 minutes. I am writing all this so that a businessman in Kazakhstan can become a better person, and you can become a better person by correcting your bad sides! It's just that sometimes you don't notice them, and that's why they came up with a fitback :) And good luck to Andrey! He is a good person, or he has little experience, or he was in a hurry, or this is not his path. I hope he reads this message too. I must mention the girl at the reception! You can be more active! Talk to the customers. Smile! You're a girl. And beauty and kindness will save the world. In general, the location of the barbershop is good, the interior is also pleasant!
