When I asked for the cost of a second consultation, the amount of 23p was announced. After receiving the test results on Monday, January 20, I made an appointment for January 24. When recording, no one warned me that the prices had changed. When confirming the appointment on the eve of the visit, no one mentioned the price increase either.
One day after the consultation, the administrator announced the cost of 30p. When I asked why I was being targeted for a different amount, she rudely replied that prices had changed since Monday and I was warned at the time of recording, although I was not warned.
