Полный отстой! Лучше подстричься возле какого-то рынка, чем здесь. За те 4500 т. не стоит идти.

Great barbershop! I visited twice when I was in Shymkent! Perfectly trimmed and the staff is friendly! I will definitely visit this institution again and recommend it to everyone!
