The room is very dark and uncomfortable. It smells damp. One of the advantages is the low price and location. An ideal location for tourists (near all the sights, many shops, a market, a stop at the airport)

The rest is all of the small disadvantages: the beds are uncomfortable, the TV and sconce lamp do not work in the room, the refrigerator is faulty, the shower bracket has fallen off in the bathroom. Well, the room area is scanty.

excellent location: Avlabari metro station 3-5min., Metekhi Temple 5 min., Rike Park and funicular 7 min., Old Tbilisi 10 min.
the hotel is clean, in the room: air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer
very friendly, friendly staff, administrators speak Russian
considering the low prices - everything is just perfect, I recommend

A small cozy hotel, only about ten rooms, a good location in the center of the old town. Tiny rooms, a refrigerator in the room, a TV, an air conditioner that for some reason did not work, an electric kettle, a minimum of dishes... Very cramped bathrooms without a bathtub, but with a shower, there is a hairdryer. There is a microwave in the hallway, you can use it at any time. Bed linen and towels are not changed, you need to ask the staff about this, and the room is not cleaned while you live there, we ourselves took a mop, wiped the floor and took out the trash.. The cost is a very budget hotel, the hostess is a calm, friendly Georgian girl. We stayed for three weeks, which is a lot, but in general, if you stay for several days and nights, then it is quite a suitable option.

The hotel in Google is presented as a 4-star hotel, but in fact, according to Russian criteria, it is slightly better than a hostel. At the same time, the staff is quite polite and pleasant. The location is good, the center of the old town. The cost, at the time of August 2023, of a three-bed room is 120 GEL (4800 rubles) per day. The room has air conditioning, hot water, kettle, TV. The mattresses on the beds are squeaky.
