The appointment for a manicure (gel polish) was initially postponed for a week, and after a preliminary call it turned out that the master had not yet gone to work and they offered to postpone it for another week. If she hadn't called back, no one would even have bothered to cancel the service. They are not interested in clients at all! A very unpleasant aftertaste remained from this attitude.
