As a result, payment of funds, for what I did not need, namely courier delivery of the document. That's such a scam.

You feel completely helpless and offended. Specifically according to our questionnaires. For a child of 4 years old, "Preschooler" should be indicated in the "Professional activity" column (we indicated "Not applicable"). And the "Maiden name" field marked as "optional" in the questionnaire is actually mandatory if the applicant is over 18 years old. How can we guess about this? I left an entry in the complaint book and spoiled the mood of the good girl who accepted the documents. This is the policy of her leadership. It's a pity when ordinary employees get it.

The documents in the window were accepted quickly and politely. But the whole impression is spoiled by a terrible queue. Arriving at the appointed (!) time, you will have to spend at least an hour in a crowded room (hundreds of people, even standing so as not to disturb anyone - it's not easy) at the same time, constantly closely monitor the call monitor via the electronic queue (you won't even be distracted by the phone). There is no forecast. Payment is made only in Belarusian rubles in cash. Cards are not accepted, the visa fee is based on the exchange rate.
If you couldn't fill out the form yourself and have a free $20. They will help you here. But you collect the rest of the docks and take them yourself ... you can also take out insurance on the street ... and now $ 10 to "roll back your fingers". Queues ... although you signed up for a time, in fact you signed up that at this time you can take a ticket and wait in line ... then you fill out a questionnaire, they will check if all the docks are attached to it (if not and you do not have time before the end of their work, then you must make an appointment again-the ticket is inside ...etc.) and you're back in line at the checkout... but!!!!the specialists are excellent, pros and very, very friendly and ready to help you, prompt, wait ... But
they do not give a guarantee for how much they will give, etc. ... in short, I studied the online store and I arrange everything myself ... and I like it more through the embassy, both morally and with the thought that I save my brains

We'll have to wait in line! they try to insert additional services without asking, they may ask for an address and phone number, and then it turns out that you have filled out a payment form answering this question, where courier delivery and SMS notification will be included. for some, this is convenient, but it seems to me that the staff is obliged to ask for additional services from the applicant, and not to brazenly enter them.

The embassy doesn't care if some page is torn. What an idiocy.

The main complaint is the long waiting time.

They sent an SMS notification, although they didn't ask, and I immediately said that I didn't need it, but I still found this paid service in the receipt at home. Apart from the negative, the institution does not cause anything.
Everything would be fine, but they took the money for the SMS notification (one SMS is 5 rubles) and did not send the SMS.

The visa application center takes on more than it can do, instead of a 5-minute procedure at the embassy, you have to stand in line for hours and pay for it. Why you need to record for a certain time is not clear, waiting an hour or two is the norm here.
There are very long queues. You need to make an appointment in advance, but if you arrive ahead of time, you will still be waiting for the ticket in the queue, and then you will also sit in line with the ticket.
