I urgently needed glasses and after going through several opticians (I have astigmatism and EVERYWHERE ON ORDER for up to 2 weeks, even in the network of Minsk optics, where I constantly buy glasses) I went to litopur& family. It turned out that litopur&family has these lenses in stock, which undoubtedly pleased me, as well as the PRICES for frames and lenses. According to the production time, they oriented it for three days, but two days later they sent an SMS about readiness. After one day of wearing, I felt that the frame was pressing on my temples and turned to optics. The staff and management WENT TO a MEETING and the master bent the frame as far as possible. The frame was pressing anyway and I understood that I needed to order new glasses. (because the case is not guaranteed). The management and staff went to meet me and just remade my glasses with new lenses and a frame that is very comfortable. I would like to THANK all the specialists in Zhlobin and the company's management for their responsiveness and INDIVIDUAL APPROACH! In your case, this is not just a marketing ploy)))! I went to the optics at 38a M.Gorky Street.The seller was talking on the phone about her personal issues and was in no hurry to offer me help, and when she decided to do it anyway, I lost the desire to order anything in this store.
