Unfortunately, the owner of the hotel behaved in bad faith. We rented the hotel for three weeks from 22.09 to 14.10, paying the entire amount at once. Plus there was a surcharge for animals. Naturally, no checks were issued to us. On the third or fourth day, we were warned that we would leave the hotel before the end of the first week, because we were looking for an apartment to rent. The hostess promised on the phone that there were no problems and would refund the amount for the remaining period, but for this she asked to cancel the reservation at the hotel on booking. We did it. We found an apartment and moved out on the 6th day after checking in. They left the keys in the door of the room, because neither the administrator nor the owner was in the hotel. This was notified by a whatsapp message. The next day, of course, a complaint was sent to our address that we clogged the toilet. When leaving, it was serviceable. When asked to come and see why this happened, we first agreed on the time of the meeting, but then the owner did not come to the hotel. From that moment on, she completely ignored both calls and messages. If even hypothetically the problem was because of us, then we, in turn, offered to find a solution to it. I would also like to see a calculation for solving the "breakdown". As a result, only a part of the remaining amount was returned to us. Another payment was promised to be returned in the near future. But they did not return it, without motivating it in any way. This has been going on for the third week: calls and messages are not answered. Money is a pity, but they will be earned, but reputation and dignity are lost instantly. I do not recommend contacting this place. Unfortunately, the owner is not worthy of those wonderful people with whom my wife and I have already managed to get acquainted in wonderful Almaty.

It's just beastly.
A good budget accommodation option, the room is large, clean enough.
