When you start the second one, it's already cooled down. Besides the fact that the mashed potatoes were cold, they also had lumps. The meat is dry. You wait longer for the waiter than you eat. I've been to Minsk twice in a week.
Everything is just wonderful! Excellent cuisine, everything is Belarusian (although my friend, a Minsk resident, said that she would like to see the menu not only in Russian, but also in the national style). The service is excellent, the toilets are clean and tidy (one of my criteria for visiting such places).
I will say about one not very pleasant case, but only in order to raise the level of the restaurant even more: if a customer tries a dish and it is not included in his gastronomic preferences, asks for a replacement, then it is not worth including it in the bill. Obviously, talking about pennies, I left an order of magnitude more tips; just so you know.
And so - thank you very much! It was the first place I visited in Minsk and I went there to have dinner before departure.
