Overall, I liked the complex. We lived here for 6 months. The rent was $400 in the year 22. One of the disadvantages is the water, which is suddenly pumped and you have to go down to pay, as well as the distance from the center. We didn't have a car, so we had to take minibuses and metrobuses for about 1-1.5 hours. One of the advantages is the file store downstairs, clean air and amazing sunsets and sunrises overlooking the Marmara Sea.
