Today I was faced with rudeness and incompetent treatment of a customer by a manager named Dmitry, from whom they bought a package of Klingspor Velcro sandpaper. The manager answered the buyer's simple question "have prices for abrasive increased recently" with sarcastic taunts and rudeness. After such a wild "service" of customers, a very spoiled mood remained. Why are such incompetent employees needed at all? I have contacted another manager named Roman many times and have never seen anything like this, but on the contrary, a pleasant collaboration, and here it is from another manager. In general, the behavior is like in a zoo. The person is apparently out of place, does not give himself an account and does not know ethics.
