The staff is always adequate and friendly, always does as I ask, or suggests some cool solutions. Besides bouquets, by the way, there are interesting toys and baskets, you can come up with something unusual.
I did not use delivery here, so, alas, I will not be objective in this matter (I always came, on the spot I chose which bouquet to form, etc.)
Well, what can be highlighted as an undoubted plus - the price is really cheap against the background of many competitors.
I made orders earlier, everything was done well.
As for today's conversation with an employee of the flower shop, I was shocked. Lack of a concept of service, disrespectful and illiterate chat communication.
1. I had to wait three hours for a reply to messages.
2. I repeated twice in the chat that I have two orders to two different addresses. As a result, they send me the banking details and I pay for the order. After that, I repeat once again that there are two addresses. To which the employee told me that she hadn't noticed. And asks you to pay extra. I didn't receive any apologies or answers to my questions either.
3. Also, at first, the employee announced one price for the bouquet, after which she counted more in the final bill, which she then said was the current price. Question: why announce a different price?
I am extremely surprised that the instagram account has a large number of subscribers during such a discussion.

Absolutely disgusting communication with people. The most unpleasant people, whom I never want to return to.

My husband was called STUPID (look at the screenshots of the correspondence, and then the employee erased the SMS from the chat, he thought we wouldn't have time to screen his rudeness) here because he didn't pour the water into the vase correctly, as they said. Is it okay to call a client dumb? One star for bringing a bouquet and while I was taking pictures of it, it looked fine, then that's it, the end!! He smelled of some kind of trash, disgusting chemicals, so that the flowers would stand for 1-2 hours, such things are used, sprayed with special solutions.
We went to see a review, a photo before and after, the difference is max 24 hours between what was delivered and what I then received the next day. I'm shocked!
Guys, never order from them! This is a complete dilution, as I understand it, I'm not the only one who got on these flowers. See the reviews below, it's all true. All that people have written before me is that all the flowers are dead!!!! From another country, I contacted this company and ordered the delivery of flowers (a bouquet for my birthday)... I highly recommend NOT ordering anything from these guys. Communication with clients and attitude is extremely disrespectful. Changing the delivery address in advance became a real problem and a reason for the manager's rude phone communication with the customer. The goods and services were paid for by transfer to a private person's card, which also raises many questions for the "company"... As a result, the bouquet was not handed over to the namesake, but was transferred to the security point at an address where the person was no longer there, since the manager refused to adjust the new address. In short, contact only trusted companies and do not search for such services on Facebook. The service sector is not for everyone, and unfortunately not everyone knows how to work in it. Customer orientation is 0/10.
