From breakfast to lunch, you can have a snack in the lobby (potatoes, nuggets, pizza) They clean every day, the rooms are new, the plumbing is in order, nothing is leaking anywhere, the TV is huge, there are a couple of Russian channels. I took a room with a side sea view, I was given a room on the 6th floor with a magnificent view of the bay, everything is at a glance. The sea is 50m, the pebbles are clean, it was very warm in June. The territory is small, well-maintained, palm trees, bananas, olives, limes, grapes grow. For children, there is an evening disco in German, drawing, a small playground, and of course water slides in the pool (open from 11-16). There is a small mini zoo with rabbits and turtles. Sun beds by the pool, especially for children, should be occupied early, preferably at 7 o'clock, the first rows by the sea are the same. Evening animation is weak, if you want discos and a breakaway, you are not here. The main vacationers are elderly Germans, a few Czechs, Poles and Russian families with children. The hotel does not accommodate single men. From alcohol - local beer, wine and 5 cocktails. Everything is quite decent, you can drink, and if you want it stronger-for an additional fee.the fee. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (in rooms, lobby, swimming pool)- it flies, of course it doesn't catch on the beach anymore, Check-out is at 12 o'clock sharp, you need to check in the room. Russian Russians are treated very well at the hotel, many speak a little Russian, the restaurant is always friendly, and the service is fast. I was vacationing with a child, 06.2024, the weather was +40, we bought up, we got drunk, we liked everything, I advise you.

The hotel itself is clean, bright, the rooms are good, after renovation everything works and plumbing and air conditioning, there are no questions! The room had a side sea view, the sound insulation was not bad. Cleaning every day with the provision of water, towels and coffee/tea (true, if you ask) There are no questions about food either, in principle, you will not stay hungry, the question is about tea, it is either in bags or cold on the bar, already poured into glasses (There are only two coffee machines, they work only at breakfast, Jacobs coffee, which also does not add joy. During the day, there is coffee at the bar and on the street, but it is the same as at breakfast-Jacobs! For us, a huge minus is the sun beds-they are not from the word at all, everything is occupied by gentlemen Germans, of whom the majority are lying towels, and people are sleeping or eating somewhere, they come after 11 am, to their familiar places! That is, if you come by 7.30 in the morning, there is practically nowhere to go, everything is busy and it's along the coast only in this hotel! We tried to figure out this issue, but, alas, the staff pretended that they could not help in any way! We had to do the same, which is not our style, we got up at 5 a.m. and took our seats ( The sea is beautiful, the beach is sandy and pebbly, the entrance is small stones! The weather is great, all this has leveled the disadvantages, I recommend rest to unassuming people, I put 4!

The three of us were at this hotel on 16.10.2024-28.10.2024. I must say right away that this is not 5 stars, but 3 with a stretch. Minuses: 1) the hotel has 2 types of rooms: for 1 person (according to the descriptions of the girl from this room, the square footage is 10 meters, including a bathroom, closets, etc.) and for 2 people (2 times more in square footage than a small room, for the third person they bring a cot). You can't turn around in any of the rooms, you need to "plan" your exit from the room, you can't just walk up to the door. I need to talk to my companions to leave the room. They settled on the 2nd floor with a view of the backyard (opposite side from the sea, photo attached). The next building is another hotel, which has official visits just under our windows. We knew every time they took out the garbage, brought food and how long they had a disco. Russian songs are played until 23:00. It is not clear why a five-star hotel does not have rooms for 4-5 people. For example, if a family arrives with parents and 3 small children who cannot be accommodated in a separate room due to their age. 2) the restaurant. In the matter of salads and cheeses, everything is fine: at all meals there are sooo many herbs (dill, parsley, mint, etc.), tomatoes, cucumbers, many types of cabbage, salads, olives, oils, etc. And everything was bad with hot and sweet. I came to Turkey for the sea and seafood. As a result, I got the sea, seafood is not enough. During the 2 weeks of staying at the hotel, there was always a lot of hot dishes: 2 types of pasta, 2 types of turkey cooking, pizza, rice, cabbage. Seafood has always been fish with small bones that do not need to be taken out, rolled up. Sometimes they gave grilled fish, but it tasted like coals + it was very peppery sometimes. Once there was a whole baked fish, like at home. It was lightning fast and beautiful. There was a seafood mix 2 times. 70% are mussels, 20% are squid rings and 10% are small shrimp. It's all stewed. It's delicious, but not enough. Sweet: mostly puddings and cakes of acid green/ pink/blue and similar colors from "marshmallow pudding" (I don't know how to explain, it's not possible to eat). It was good that there was Turkish baklava and desserts in clear cups. Fruits include green and red apples, tangerines, white and black grapes (all with pits), wooden nectarines and peaches, watermelon and sometimes melon. 3) towels issued by cards were often torn and with yellow spots. Initially, the towel is blue/light blue. I understand that the staff does not have much time to examine each towel, but when it becomes almost completely red, it is visible. Do something! It's not nice to pick it up! 4) There is a water sports station between the beaches of neighboring hotels (motorcycles/ bananas/cheesecakes/ parachutes, etc.). The disadvantage is that they shoot people riding with a drone, which is very clearly audible if you take sun beds next to the station. It interfered with rest. But it removes the drogue very efficiently)Motorcycles/boats are also being repaired at this station. And sometimes they drained the water and something else directly onto the sand that flowed next to the sunbeds. It's not very pleasant. 5) The all-inclusive hotel has round-the-clock paid drinks and hookahs. 6) during one trip there is an opportunity to visit either a fish or meat restaurant. Naturally, we chose the fish one. We were recorded at the reception and shown a menu in which we need to choose the main hot dish. When choosing, I understand that there is nothing in common with fish, I draw the attention of the hotel employee to this and his reaction: "Oh, I got it mixed up." As a result, I covered up the entry to the meat restaurant and recorded it in the fish restaurant. Thank you. Fortunately, I have knowledge of English, otherwise it would be a disappointment. On the day of visiting the restaurant, we were in a good mood (finally we will eat "not pasta"), we go in, they ask us the room number, check the lists and say "You are not on the lists." 30 seconds of my displeased look and the words of the hotel employee "joke, sit down there" were an extreme for me. This is the most terrible moment of the whole trip, given the possible connection with the fact that something could have been mixed up at the reception again. I've had elderly people with me who are worried about and without. If I had thoughtlessly transferred the information to them that we were not expected at the restaurant, there would have been a story with an ambulance and insurance. Fortunately, I wanted to figure it out myself, but the hotel employee decided to complete this "joke". Naturally, my whole mood went nowhere. I attach photos of the dishes to the review. Positive: 1) private beach, walk to it 3 minutes at a slow pace from the hotel building. However, there will be a bridge over the pool on the way, which will have to be passed every time (or bypass the pool around the perimeter, which is long and not convenient). There is fine sand on the beach, pebbles by the sea. The entrance to the water is sharp: 3 steps on a shallow bottom, 4 - a depth of 3-4 meters. There are handrails for a more comfortable entrance. I swam with a mask, so I will say that the fauna is diverse, there are a lot of fish (10 species), they swim in flocks of 50-70 individuals. There are huge boulders at the bottom, so it will be difficult to find something interesting at the bottom. 2) there are a lot of activities and entertainment: volleyball, table tennis, yoga, "playing metal balls", aqua aerobics in the pool, etc. Animators invite you to participate at certain times. Yoga at 10:00, metal. balls at 16:00, table tennis at 12:00, volleyball in the morning and evening. Lawn tennis is paid. 3) There is an Alar Bazaar 400 meters from the hotel, which is very convenient. 4) there are many palm trees, greenery on the territory of the hotel, there are comfortable hammocks. 5) there is always access to food. When the main restaurant is not open, there is a snack bar with salads/French fries and other things. There are also 3-4 bars with alcohol and simple drinks. There are cocktails, most of them with coconut flavor (blue syrup). Non-hotel moments: There was an unpleasant situation with the hotel guide, who offered to go to a 6-storey Mall with chain stores. They booked a car for us, brought it, but not there. There was a stop at the one-story "Furs and Fur coats". It turned out that a bus was going from this store and a lot of people were already going from the fur to the Mall. After waiting for 40 minutes and not having gathered people, we returned to the hotel, having lost 3 hours of precious time. Bottom line: this is far from a 5-star hotel. The only thing there from a real five-star hotel is the sea and greenery in the meal. If you want to swim in the sea, participate in activities, the room is not important and you are a vegetarian/vegan - this is the perfect hotel for you. I will not return to this hotel anymore, especially at current prices. This hotel has a maximum of 3 stars.
