We took a fiat eage 1.6 l 2022 car for 5 days, the car was delivered to the city of Kemer to the specified address for 30 euros, everything was clear on the website, easy booking and prepayment (with a Russian online card). There were minor external flaws, but it did not affect the speed, the car was serviced, all 5 days were spent (we drove 1,200 km) with a bang, the process of removing / handing over the car was as easy and fast as possible. We had a rest in July 2024 through Istanbul airport. We booked Hyundai I20, 1.4liters with a guaranteed model, automatic, full hard hat - the cost is 420 euros for 7 days. 58 euros were prepaid on the ros website with the MIR card.
Upon arrival, a Turk was in touch with us, wrote to Whatsapp in English. It turned out that the rental company was not at the airport, but somewhere in a field 2-3 km from the airport, we were met and brought to a large parking lot with a trailer (office). He slowly processed our documents and 40 minutes later, when we were already getting angry, he provided us with a Hyundai I20, 1.4l car with a completely broken bumper. We refused. By the way, the Turk exclusively communicated with us through a Google translator Turkish-Russian, although I speak English perfectly. It turned out he wasn't talking. This also slowed down and distorted communication very much.
Instead of a broken car, we were offered a Renault Clio, 1.0l. It cost 260 euros on the website, not 420 euros, but he said he would not reimburse the difference, since there was no other car and we ourselves refused the broken Hyundai. Then I went back to his office and took my money from the table. To my question, madam, where are my euros, I said that these are still my euros and there is no car, no money. Miraculously, the car was found, another Hyundai, i20.
They also returned with a scandal, he was in no hurry to return us to the airport, asked for money of 20 euros for toll roads. Then I said that I would agree to anything, but let him take us to the airport urgently. When he brought us to the airport, I began to stall for time - I showed him 100 euros, but asked for change, he did not have it, then I tried to pay with a card, but said I forgot the PIN code, then showed that I had 12 euros. He became nervous, because it costs money to stand at the airport and went home. My advice is to avoid it, spoil the rest, overpay for something, they will find it.
We had a rest in early April 2024, booked a subcompact delivery to the airport, brought a multiven (they do not have another car with an automatic machine for this day, although the reservation and prepayment were confirmed). As a result, we got to the office and took a little less car, but already with mechanics, the car inside is dirty outside with bumps. They promised to change it to another one with a machine gun by 10:00 the next day. The next day, after numerous correspondences, they will not have time by 10-00, they will arrive by 13-00 (for some reason we have to wait for them at the hotel all day and enter into their position and not relax and enjoy the rest). As a result, they brought a fresh crown with a machine gun, but they did not have time to wash it and even the obviously flat tire was not inflated, they had to go to the gas station and pump up the wheel there. When handing over the car, there was also a problem, they had to give it at 12:00 by agreement at their office, as a result, they slowly arrived at 12:40, we were just furious, because we had a flight at 15:00. Conclusion it is better to find another office, because these people do not know what service and convenience for the client are.
We booked a car quickly, right on the day of departure. The price on the website is very pleasant. It is not convenient that they do not work round the clock. We flew at 4 a.m., had to wait at the airport until 9. Upon arrival, it turned out that repairs at the airport and all rental offices were moved outside the airport. We contacted the manager and he said he would come and pick us up and take us to our car. We didn't wait very long. We didn't drive close, we couldn't walk through traffic jams, we saw enough accidents. A contract was signed in the office itself. At first, as in the advertisement, but the manager strongly recommended buying a hard hat, since the traffic is very nervous, we saw it ourselves on the way. And this is 200 euros. They agreed with fright. As a result, we didn't get anywhere and it was a pity for the money in the end. The car was given a new, good one. There are no complaints about her. On the way back, we arrived at the same office ourselves, the car was handed over and the manager took us to the airport.
