On February 15, 2025, the child's adenoids were removed. The operation went well, and our breathing was restored almost immediately, although it takes a month. And now 2 months have passed – the nose is breathing perfectly, speech spoiled by breathing through the mouth is being restored. We just can't get enough of it. Rehabilitation was very easy. I love the specialists of this center and have always enjoyed being served there. But today I faced aggression. The patient appointment specialist first "attacked" me for speaking softly, then was rude for not telling me which service I was signing up for. Despite the fact that Nadezhda is sitting there for a reason and could have clarified on her own about the service that I need from the center. I would have gladly skipped this stage of blaming myself if I had been able to sign up through an app or website initially. But it knocks out an error. It would be good if the administration of this center would pay attention to these shortcomings.

I went to this building from the other side of the city and did not regret it! I was interested in the services of a surgeon. I was satisfied and even received more than expected, the surgeon extracted keratolitis from me 😁☺️ I had no idea about him. The building itself is cozy, three employees work at the reception at once. There are pockets with shoe covers next to the cabinets. Everything is clean and tidy. And in the toilets, the seats are covered with disposable cellophane coverings, which are easy to change.
