I am very grateful to Elena Alexandrovna Shitkovskaya, a dental surgeon. I had to have my 8th cyst removed. I won't describe how SCARED I was. From the way the doctor communicated with me, I immediately felt comfortable, cozy and safe, I realized that everything would go as it should. She explained everything, what would happen, how it would be, what the consequences might be.
What kind of consequences can there be after the treatment of such a golden doctor!? Right! Nothing! The anesthesia went away an hour later, I drank painkillers out of fear, suddenly I would get sick, but I didn't wait for this "pain". Lode Dentistry is a great choice for your child. We really liked everything. There are no queues, pre-registration. The friendly attitude of the staff, although it is clear that the administrators are sometimes not in a good mood. I don't have enough smiles. There were questions about the payment/cost of services. They positively did not decide. At the same time, the quality is excellent.

It was necessary to remove the wisdom tooth. I couldn't bring myself to do it for more than a year, because the previous removal (I was "lucky", as many as 3 wisdom teeth) in another paid clinic by another doctor, an associate professor, by the way, was just terrible. I bought into the title, and it was close to home. As a result, I was left with psychological trauma, although I was never afraid to treat or remove my teeth.
A year passed, the last remaining tooth continued to interfere, and I realized that I would have to go through it again.
I decided to go to LODE this time, because I know from many years of personal experience that the best doctors are there.
Navosha dental surgeon Sergey Adamovich has golden hands and tremendous knowledge and experience. The wisdom tooth was removed quickly, I couldn't even believe in this miracle, I kept waiting for last year's torment. He carefully sewed up the gum, even the cheek was almost swollen. I do not recommend this place for treatment, they deceive the client, overestimate the cost from the previously agreed one, there are a lot of beautiful words, but in fact poor treatment of common caries with a price tag that does not match the quality, I was treated in another clinic, they jump off the guarantee, I did not listen to my friends in vain, everyone dissuaded me from going there, but I read a lot here, I do not even know, whether there are real reviews.

I am a long-term fan of the LODE Medical Center. But dentistry upset me.Instead of the promised 600 rubles, the tooth treatment turned out to be almost 900. The doctor attributed the operating time of the microscope. As a result, 33 rubles will be returned to me, and I understand that I will not prove anything to anyone. It's a shame. I'm sure the time is overestimated by two times. It is unlikely that I will go to LODE dentistry in the future.

For the last 10 years, I have been treating my teeth only in Lode, and I also bring children here. Excellent materials, good equipment, wonderful doctors (not all of them, really).
Today, for the first time, I removed a wisdom tooth in this clinic, I was delighted. Doctor Shitkovskaya has simply golden hands.
The new department is clean and spacious. The only drawback is that there is trouble with parking in this part of the city

In general, I have no particular complaints about LODE, in other areas I am served only in LODE. But I will never go here to treat my teeth again.
I came here to treat a couple of teeth, they signed me up to see Dr. Rosolko. After the 3D image, I went to her for several months for treatment.
Initially, I came with a complaint about one tooth, but she said that everything was great with it, nothing could hurt there.
Let's omit the fact that she decided not to remove the nerve in the tooth, where there was already outright pulpitis, and sealed it, after which I had to go 2 more times for sealing, laying medicine and a new filling ...
After all the teeth were healed, I went to a consultation with an orthopedic dentist Lysenya, where he he looked at my 3D image and said that I urgently needed to have a tooth removed (yes, it was the one that I told Dr. Ross that he was bothering me) and that the picture showed that there was focal inflammation at the roots of the tooth.
In a panic, I started looking for a place to remove the tooth faster, because this inflammation was next to the implanted tooth, and Dr. Lysenia said that I could lose it too.
Miraculously, I signed up for a consultation with the doctor who installed the implant for me (I will not give either my last name or the medical center, so as not to look like an advertisement). He advised me not to rush with the removal and try to treat the tooth, sent me to a specialist.
The result: in 2 months, my tooth was treated and the inflammation was removed. I spent less money, I didn't have to endure the pain of removing a tooth and putting an implant in its place.
Based on this story, I have a huge question about the competence of dentists in LODE. Given the cost of services, doctors here should be more adequate, and properly analyze 3D images and give the right treatment advice.

3. The doctor is very tortured. When we signed up, we were clearly told that gum surgery was needed. LODE has always been considered a good center, and what can they do there, especially since there is a description of this procedure on the website. as a result, they poked at the exposed neck of the tooth (it hurt) and said that they should look for a doctor who would perform such an operation.

They waited a month for an appointment for the removal of a baby tooth for a child of 11 years old, came to Kuzmenko, who for some reason asked the reasons for the visit, listened, and then said that he accepts children from the age of 15 only. It is unclear why he asked. It is also not clear how we were signed up to him in the contact center. I hope this situation will not happen again, terrible impressions, disappointment and wasted time.
