1) When I passed it, there were inadequate results, the doctor said that it was because of the lenses. And you need to redo the diagnosis, do not wear lenses for three days. I have a child of 3 months old, and for me to go somewhere is a quest. The question is why, when making an appointment for a diagnosis, they do not specify whether a person wears lenses and do not ask them to remove them in advance.? You are a vision correction center, such clarifying questions must be.
2) The diagnosis was redone, the doctor said that the correction can be done, but do not wear lenses for a week and put the gel on -okay. I tuned in and was delighted. As a result, three days later they call me and say that they have conferred with someone and that correction is contraindicated for me. You don't have to wear lenses for a year. This whole situation looks like doctors are not professionals.
3) My examination results were not really explained to me. And when I asked the question what can not be done before correction (when I think that I will have it) I was told-just be healthy. Although I have heard that you need to remove the extended eyelashes, do not drink alcohol, etc. There were no recommendations.
4) After repeated diagnosis, I was not given new results, I thought I would order them by calling the mail. I call the call center, they tell me to send the results, I have to PERSONALLY come to Lode and tell my e-mail. This is the first time I've ever heard this. I have a child and I need to go find and spend time just to say my mail. If you are afraid that a stranger will receive my results, ask for the identification number of the passport, what is the problem. I visit the LODE clinic network and always like everything. But not ophthalmology.
It all started with the diagnosis. I liked that the girl doctor explained everything, which device was for what, was very attentive. But, other staff were talking loudly in the same office on personal topics. There are many interesting devices that I saw for the first time (previously I was observed in another country, every year, I have an idea about ophthalmology).
Then, with all the results, I am invited to see a doctor. Here I was waiting for all the diagnostics to be deciphered, the current minus, recommendations, and my complaints to be listened to. But none of this happened.
At first they said there would be one conclusion. After that, there was an examination of the retina. The doctor found the problem area, called another doctor. Which already seemed strange to me. So this doctor is not competent enough to make a decision? Why call for help? Well, okay, maybe the case is not clear. It is necessary to consult with a colleague. Anything can happen. From their conversations and repeated searches of the problem area, I realized that the first doctor had not correctly identified the place of the problem. In the end, a dry conclusion from the second doctor. The first one says to me: well, you heard what they told you (the second doctor). That's it, sign up for surgery. And then our dialogue was over. I tried to ask questions myself, I pulled some answers from the doctor. But the doctor did not go to the dialogue. I gave all the papers in my hands and goodbye. Of course, I could have insisted, they say, decipher the indicators, tell me how, but I was so shocked. All the questions went out of my head. And I think it's the doctor's job to decipher the diagnosis, tell me about my health status. And all I need is to make an appointment for the operation. An operation? OK, I don't mind if I have to. But I asked, what happens if you don't do it now? And a number of other issues. To which I received only indignation, as if I were asking nonsense.
Bottom line: there are a lot of studies on hand that you need to go to another doctor, of course to another center and decipher.
It seems as if this is not a vision diagnosis and patient care, but a conveyor belt. I was offered an operation right now. As if I'm still in shock and won't run away and leave more money. The end of December and the plan for operations is closed or something.
I repeat, I am not against surgery, but I want to trust the doctor, understand that I really need it, get answers to all questions, a full consultation. Plus, I am in a position, and I want to be sure that this will not affect the course of pregnancy in any way. The doctor also didn't say anything about this.
Now I understand that I was not even asked what the usual minus is, in order to understand if my eyesight is falling or improving! And this is generally the first question on duty.
In general, I am very disappointed. Knowing what excellent pediatricians, ultrasound specialists, gynecologists and other doctors you have, I did not expect this.
And, I would add, I took the child to an ophthalmologist in Lode as part of an examination for kindergarten. The appointment there took 15 minutes, there were three times as many questions about the patient and we received much more information about health.
A good medical center, very clean, respectful attitude towards clients, proud with the ability to close things in a separate closet on a turnkey basis, experienced specialists, nurses do all the preparatory work, then they send them to the chief physician, which causes a time delay until everyone looks at and prescribes treatment, because of this I remove one star.
