All in all, a great hotel. It is very beautiful, harmoniously merges with nature. An island of modernity in Abkhazia. Like it. I would have come here again. We came in July, on weekdays, from Thu. to Fri. for a day. We had a great rest. We lived in a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. The room is clean, large, white, clean linen is made. The plumbing is fresh. The interior of the room and the hotel is very stylish, modern, and corresponds to the name. They give bathrobes, the usual set of towels and pool towels were in the room, one thing was not reported to us, but upon request, the administrator quickly brought it. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle, tea set (black, green and sugar), dishes (mugs, plates, appliances for 2), hair dryer, soap, gels and shampoos. The balcony has a very beautiful view, the Monastery and the mountains are visible, there is a dryer, a table and chairs on it. But to the right of the hotel there is an unworthy one, which slightly overshadows the view. The pool is cool, clean, it's nice to relax with a cocktail around it, minus that there are no umbrellas near the pool, but several sun loungers are under palm trees, there were almost no people around the pool, the season, everything is at sea, we were lying under palm trees. A normal slightly meager breakfast, but you will definitely find something to eat. We were there for a day, it was delicious, we didn't get bored. The breakfast buffet included porridge, dry breakfast, eggs, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, baked eggplant, cheese, sausage, sausages, toast, corn, noodles, cottage cheese casserole, nuts with condensed milk and juicers with cottage cheese, milk, tea, instant coffee. There was not enough boiled coffee, fruits, pastries, such as pancakes or pancakes for complete happiness. We took lemonade for a hotel fee, 150 rubles. for 0.5 local Tarragon. Payment in cash or transfer to a bank card.
All the sights are close, the sea is close, shops are also within walking distance, many different cafes, near the Seaside Park, where there are dances and songs in the evening. They sing beautifully) and very loudly, for the whole of Mount Athos). In the same park there is the legendary Swan restaurant, it has been working since the Soviet era, we went there for dinner, it is very beautiful and the prices are normal, cheap, delicious Aperol cocktail, made conscientiously, and not like everywhere else, 500 rubles. We had lunch in the dining room number 7 and regretted it, the horror is terrible, do not go there. Caesar with sour cream I haven't eaten anywhere yet))) We ate disgustingly for 2500 for two in the dining room). Although there are a lot of people there, that's what bribed us. The beach is ordinary, there are not many people, the sea is clean. I recommend the Loft Hotel!

I will write what we lacked: there are no shelves in the shower. All the accessories were put on the floor. There are only two towel hooks. There were not enough hooks for 4 towels and two bathrobes. There is no towel rail. Rooms with a balcony have a dryer on the balcony. Friends lived in a room without a balcony, they had nowhere to dry their swimsuit. There are no bedside lamps in the rooms, only the main light. Before going to bed, I would like to turn on the light not so bright. There were no slippers. There is no ironing board in the hotel, an iron is available upon request from the administrator. You need to iron on the bed. There are no umbrellas on the pool. Construction was actively underway in the hotel, they were drilling from 10 a.m. It would be good if the administration would listen to the comments).

We stayed at this hotel from August 8 to August 16. Very beautiful territory, the pool is super, clean, heated, the breakfasts are very tasty, there is a choice, although there are not enough tables. There were no power outages during our vacation. Everything worked fine! Responsive staff. I would like to mention the administrator Marina, pleasant, always ready to help. In the restaurant you can order various dishes, carbonara, caesar salad, glisse coffee, oriental, etc., tiramisu, the cook cooks very tasty. Always positive, friendly. Every day the garbage was cleaned, fresh bottled water was brought, and every other day (or two) linen and towels were changed. Wifi is only weak, but maybe we lived in a room where the Internet did not always get there.. 7 minutes walk to the sea. We had a great rest. We did not regret choosing this hotel!

We had a rest at the end of June 2024 , the hotel is located in a convenient location close to the main attractions and at the same time somewhat away from noise and roads , the territory of the complex is very beautifully decorated , wonderful mountain views , a nice pool with sun loungers , the staff is very responsive and polite , the rooms are constantly cleaned , clean linen and towels , bottles with drinking water , I want to pay special attention to breakfast every day , something new for a variety of preferences , including for children , including cereals and yoghurts . We are very glad that we chose this particular hotel. Many thanks to all the staff.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of dryers for beach accessories and linen .

The hotel is new, which is good news, the room is clean and cozy. Yes, there is a construction site nearby, but it did not interfere at all (there were no noisy works). I would like to mention the hotel staff, they are very responsive, they will always help. There is a heated swimming pool, the food is delicious, we went to breakfast with pleasure (we had enough). The wife and child were happy, and that's the main thing! Nearby attractions are within walking distance. We recommend this hotel for a vacation, we will definitely return in autumn, possibly in winter).

Pros: Good location and view from the dining room terrace to the mountains.
-Comfortable bed and pillows
- The hotel is almost new, the cleanliness is being monitored
- The presence of a swimming pool is important in case of storms at sea.
- The staff is trying, but apparently they need it more than the Owners
CONS:
-The HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION (the 4th floor is being built on)- The perforator works all day and the most important thing is that they actually came to rest - the administrators transmit information to the owners- to which THEY DO NOT REACT in ANY WAY - they are constantly strobing- I do not understand how families with young children tolerate this (how do they sleep during the day?)
- Another hotel is being built nearby and in general there is a lot of construction in Athos - if you open the balcony all day you can hear the work of punchers and construction tools.
- Breakfasts for 4 with "-" - everything seems to be there, but without frills (before Athos we rested in Gagra for the same money - do not compare ...).
- Dishes are washed under the tap and not steamed in the dishwasher.
- When we were there, the employee cleaned the dishes and immediately cut the cheese- without gloves - It is relevant, because they caught rotovirus in Gags and 2 days passed by.

They were in October 2024. We booked it quickly. I really liked the hotel, modern expensive renovation, landscaped area with a swimming pool. Beautiful planted plants. The room had a terrace overlooking the Athos Monastery. Parking nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. It is clear that the owner has invested his soul! Everything is fine. 5-7 minutes to the sea. A pool with warm water. I heartily recommend it!

The hotel is new, the rooms are large, the hotel has its own territory and a swimming pool, which was not working during our stay. There is a construction site next to the hotel, but it is not very noisy and somehow sluggish they were doing something there, but the view, of course, spoils it a little. You need to be prepared for the fact that if a company gathers on the territory of the hotel in the evenings / nights, then the hotel administration does not regulate it in any way and it is quite possible that other settlers will be loudly hanging out under your windows half the night. The breakfast is normal, porridge, eggs, bread, sausage, pasta, no frills, but there is something to eat, it takes place on a pretty terrace. The staff is friendly, helpful, and ready to help. In the rooms, we lacked a light bulb by the bed and shelves in the bathroom, otherwise everything is decent. Of course, not forgetting that this is a beautiful Abkhazia. I would recommend the hotel, but the administration should make sure that there is silence after 23.00.

Nice new cozy hotel.
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, 2 large plates, table knives and forks, mugs, glasses.
There are 4 hangers in the locker, there are shelves in the closet and 2 bedside tables.
In the shower: shower gel, shampoo, soap, air freshener, decent laminated paper. There are no brushes or paste.
On request, white waffle bathrobes are provided, they are convenient to go to the pool in.
From the pool there is a view of the mountain with the Anakopian fortress. You can swim until 22.00.
There are benches, tables and other cozy lounge areas on the territory - in the evening there is a place to sit.
The breakfasts are not very varied, but sufficient and without risk to health. You can buy delicious tangerine juice in a restaurant for 100 rubles, it's worth it!

We stayed at this hotel from June 24 to June 30, 2024, perhaps it was the right choice! In my opinion, this is the best hotel in New Athos. We lived on the ground floor, we didn't hear the construction, there are enough places and sun beds in the pool, breakfast is without frills, but you can eat heartily. The hotel staff is just super, answered all questions, responded to all requests. The location is excellent - close to the sea and to the sights. Minuses:
-interruptions with WiFi, water and electricity (the issue with the administration is being resolved quickly)
- another hotel is being built right next to it, plus another floor is being set up
- there are no lamps by the bed
- there are few tables in the cafe
- I didn't like the breakfasts at all, the poor choice, the monotony, it's worth refining this point

Complete Delight!
The hotel itself, rooms, territory,staff,service.
We lived at home with an infant.
The excellent location of the hotel itself in the center of New Athos, the temple is visible from the windows, near all the necessary shops and a chic park through which there is a path to the embankment.
Our room was very spacious, everything was clean.
The room has a refrigerator,kettle,hair dryer,dishes,towels,gels/shampoos/soap/bathrobes/disposable slippers.
The bed is snow-white, the bed is huge with a comfortable mattress.the curtains are blackout, although the windows face east, and the sun is shining at full power in the morning, with the curtains closed it is very dark in the room and you can sleep until lunch.
Special thanks for the breakfast!
And eggs of all kinds, and vegetables, and sausages, cheeses, cookies, cereals, porridges..I do not know what else to add.
We were from February 22 to the beginning of March and I think we will come more than once!

It all started at the entrance, before booking they promised that the construction was stopped for the summer, in fact they are building the 3rd floor, periodic unpleasant screeching and knocking. There are also many buildings under construction nearby. They took a long time to register at the reception, allegedly today the Internet began to work poorly, but from past reviews we realized that it does not work here. The room is nice, clean, but not cozy, gray wallpaper and a couple of light bulbs, no shelves or other utensils. The bed smells rotten, they wash it without powder, when asked to replace it, they said once every three days. The bed is comfortable, but creaky. Breakfast is a separate miracle, they cook in the evening, so who wrote that at 10 everything is cold, I will tell you that at 9 everything is also cold, there is nothing to eat, a couple of porridges, an omelet or scrambled eggs, there were sausages and pancakes or casserole for a week, coffee is paid, wasps are free. The menu with prices is like in an elite restaurant in Moscow. The longyland cocktail is poured with apple juice instead of cola, when asked why, they answered that the cola was over. Electricity is cut off every day, maybe for 5 minutes, maybe for an hour. In general, as a tourist you can visit, as a vacationer there is nothing to do, all the beauty has been bypassed in two days, otherwise there is ruin, mess, unsanitary conditions and a boorish attitude when something is not according to you. Take rehydrone, phosphalgel and enteresgel with you.

We rested with my husband in this hotel for a week. I liked everything from the rooms to the friendly staff, the rooms are large and clean, with new furniture. There is a heated swimming pool on site, we willingly swam in the evening after excursions. The excellent location of the hotel from all the attractions, everything turns out to be within walking distance. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountain ranges and the fortress.
Near the sea, bus stop, New Athos monastery, fortress, cave. Several pleasant cafes, a park for an evening walk.

I believe that the price does not correspond at all to the conditions that are created in the hotel.

A tumble dryer can be purchased for this room price. Disgusting room cleaning, smearing with a dirty rag on the floor. You need to ask for water, toilet paper and shampoo in the room. In front of us in the room, the guests were sick with rotavirus, naturally no one carried out any disinfection. It is wildly hot in the dining room, because there are no canopies, no umbrellas from the sun. And in this heat, there are groceries at breakfast. You don't know what an intestinal infection is yet, then you are here!!!

Новая гостиница, номера немаленькие, очень стильная и эстетически приятная территория,когда все растения подрастут будет бесподобно! Видно,что хозяин вложил много средств-такие территории большая редкость в Афоне (отдыхаем не впервые).Кстати звукоизоляция даже очень неплохая,что тоже отлично.
очень портит этот отель только сервис-мусор не дожидались выбрасывали ходили сами через улицу, уборки за 6 дней не было ни разу!!! (один раз смена полотенец и на этом всё без преувеличения), завтраки крайне скромные-жаль нельзя выбрать вариант проживания без них,в след раз бы от таких завтраков точно отказались-сложилось впечатление,что нет желания что то менять и готовить иное кроме яичницы заветреной.
Вобщем если вы не привередливы в вышеперечисленных вопросах,то однозначно рекомендую, но пока своих цен из за этого он не стоит точно, и точно это не 4 звезды. желаю процветания отелю и максимально идеального уровня во всех смыслах,который задали при стройке.

Wi-Fi is almost not working. Breakfast is weak. It is better to arrive on time to see its presence. The bed in room 103 is super squeaky. The light is turned on by 1 switch, there is neither a sconce nor a small light.
In the cafe at the hotel in the evening, the waiting time for the dish was 1:30, and when the dishes were brought, they had already cooled down. The potatoes are cold, the kebab is barely warm.
These are disadvantages, but in general a normal hotel if you finish the little things. It is clear that the staff is trying, and they do not care. so everything will get better.
Ps. We turned to the girl at the reception, about the possibility of breakfast for early check-out, she sent us to the cook to negotiate ourselves. The cook is well done, the work of the administrator is not ice

The hotel is generally clean because it is new, cons, repairs on the roof are noisy all day, although they said it would be noisy one day. The hotel itself is new, stylish, located on the side in a quiet place, the general view is spoiled by a construction site, there is not enough lower lighting in the room and periodically the smell of sewage. Nice girls work at the reception, a delicious and varied breakfast, a kettle, tea, sugar in the room, there is a hairdryer, a small refrigerator, not all rooms have a balcony. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers on site, but there are no umbrellas. The beach is 10-15 minutes away, the hotel can be recommended if you correct the shortcomings

I really liked this place. Very polite staff! Daur and Daria, you are super! As for the rooms: there is no shelf in the shower, all things had to be put on the floor (washcloths, gels, shampoos), all the laundry is wet and smells rotten, probably because it does not dry out. The sea and the beach are very clean and not crowded. Beautiful evenings with live music..

We visited this hotel, we only had enough for 1 day, although we originally planned for 8, we did not hear about the service here. To begin with, there was no Internet for a whole day, and we needed it for work. After that, we already read the review that there are problems with the Internet in the order of things. There is only one iron for the entire hotel, it is issued on request, that is, when one of the visitors took it, you will have to wait. Upon check-in, 2 small bottles of water are issued, there is no cooler on site, water can only be bought. Breakfast is a separate story: it starts at 9.00, takes place outside under a canopy, flies and wasps crawl over the food, there is no choice of dishes. It rained that day, accordingly, some tables were wet, the staff reluctantly approached and wiped the table at the request of the guest, that is, not on their own initiative, but only on request!!! There is only one chandelier in the room, there are no bedside sconces, it is very inconvenient. The duvet cover is double, despite the fact that the blanket is small. There is also no safe in the room, bathrobes are provided on request. Okay, if it was an inexpensive room, but its cost is 12 thousand per day!!! When they voiced all the comments at the reception, they just shrugged their shoulders, did not offer to solve the problems in any way. When they decided to leave, they additionally withheld the cost of accommodation per day, although they did not leave on their own initiative, but because of the huge number of problems at the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to visit.

My blood pressure jumped on the day of departure, so Alexander found a blood pressure monitor, and Lyubov brought water with lemon to the room. They looked after me. They let me lie down and recover. We were fed breakfast at lunch! We were going to run to the pharmacy and call an ambulance.
To say that things were delivered by Alexander from and to the car is already somehow strange.

Great hotel. New, opened two years ago. A quiet place, in the center, without fuss and unnecessary people. Excellent rooms with new furniture, plumbing. Breakfasts are included, they are simple, but quite decent. Well-groomed territory with its own swimming pool. Polite, helpful staff. Room cleaning is on demand, but do not be afraid of this. The receptionist is very responsive and neat. The owner's dog Hans (a Labrador puppy) is just a darling. The rooms on the ground floor have their own terraces - a great idea! There is construction going on nearby, but don't be embarrassed about it - apparently the Chinese are building, they start pleasant classical Chinese music))

I liked the view from the room to the sea, the room was shabby, to be honest, it doesn't cost that much money, we settled in because of the view of namore and within walking distance from the sea it attracted, if there was a lower price we would have put 5. The furniture was shabby, the wallpaper was peeling off, and so on. If we are in N.Athos, I think we will still stay in this place for a short time, it is very pleasant there, thank you!
