We visited the establishment for the first time today (12/21/24). We had positive impressions, delicious hookah, everything was clean, and everything would be fine until one moment :)
Ilona, the waitress, came up to us, a pleasant-looking girl, but her service is just terrible...🤦🏼♀️
I came over to take the order without any notes, listened to the wishes, also asked what we wanted to order, because I forgot, after 20 minutes the salad arrived, I finished it and it took another 15 minutes, maybe more, I called Ilona, and asked where the rolls were, to which her surprised face it was clear that she had forgotten about them)
She went to the kitchen to clarify the question about the rolls and returned with the answer that there was a lot of workload in the kitchen and she had to wait for the rolls for another 20 minutes. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That is, in total, I waited for them for about 40 minutes, so they tell me to wait for them for another 20???
Well, agree and we wait further, as a result, another half hour passes, to put it mildly, I did not wait for these rolls, I went up to Ilona and asked how many more I can have Wait???!!!!
To which I get the answer: "Well, they're getting ready."
After waiting another 15 minutes, they closed the account and left the establishment with an empty stomach, I don't know whose problem Ilona or the kitchen was, but I refer to the fact that the waiter just initially forgot about them, it's a pity that such a small thing ruined the whole initial impression.

We found an institution through Yandex maps.
We arrived in the evening on 30.08.2024.
Parking is a real problem. We found a nook in the next yard.
The place is in demand, there are a lot of people, outside everyone smokes cigarettes right at the door, which already spoils the impression, many tables are on reservation. The admin had to wait.
There are several halls, there is a covered terrace (we were sitting there) with heat guns and an open one.
The light is invited, neon.
There is one toilet at the entrance, but it is clean.
The music is not very loud, but it is far from a lounge.
The order was accepted fairly quickly. But the wait was very long. Moreover, they took out one hookah, to our question, which of the two ordered ones is it -figs knows, another hookah took your order, I just took it out,surprised, outraged, but treated philosophically. As a result, it wasn't our order at all.
Hookahs are delicious, smoky, all wishes have been taken into account! The coals were changed!
We ordered a mahito B. and asked for a sourer one - we did it!
I ordered a Rastafarian cocktail - a delicious, not strong combination of rum and raspberries.
I decided to try rolls -I chose bonito. The wait is 40 minutes, the waiter warned. In fact, they brought it much faster.
As for the taste:
I was very upset ! It's not tasty. More precisely, it's generally bland. They mixed up a lot of things , but there was zero sense.Soy sauce is terribly salty! Wasabi is liquid and not Spicy. But the ginger turned out to be delicious.

I visited on New Year's Eve, hoping to enjoy the festive atmosphere and have a good time. Unfortunately, my expectations were not fulfilled exactly because of the service I received. From the very beginning of my meeting with the employee, Anna, I felt obvious disrespect. Instead of welcoming the guests cordially, she behaved extremely insolently and rudely. This attitude not only spoiled the mood, but also questioned the desire to stay and continue the celebration in this institution. I came there to celebrate the New Year, but instead I was faced with negativity and an unpleasant atmosphere. Perhaps the owner does not realize how the behavior of individual employees can affect the overall reputation of the institution. I decided to leave the institution because I was not going to put up with such an attitude. Overall, Loft left me with an extremely unpleasant impression, and I definitely do not recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. I hope that the administration will pay attention to the quality of service and reconsider the approach to training its employees.

I put 2 stars only because of the attitude of the waitress Anna, unfortunately the service is practically absent and so not for the first time, there are no questions about the kitchen. I waited 10 minutes for the dirty dishes to be removed from the table, no one asks if I liked the dish and we want to cook something else, silently puts the plate down
To order something else , I had to tear myself away from conversations with the staff , in general, the impression of the institution was spoiled, although I always visited it with pleasure earlier

Bar as a bar: interesting, bright, with a good menu. The wine list could be slightly changed (not to be confused with "expand"). The guy who served us bribed the most. I don't know what his name is, but he looks very pleasant, has short hair, height about 1.75-1.80, we saw an engagement ring. For two married ladies who are not easy to please and who came to the bar that day just to share poison, the guy tried😂 perhaps it is worth clarifying that he was unobtrusive, easy to communicate, answered all questions in detail and asked monosyllabic answers😂 knows the menu and the alcohol chart well.
And if you go back to this bar, then only to replace this sincere person who did not make a brain, but definitely decorated a day that was completely a failure: from contracts to supplies.

I am a regular visitor to this institution.
Hookahs are not bad, the masters are good, they can advise and just talk about various topics.
The food is super, the menu for this format of the institution is very thoughtful, there are beer snacks and rolls, and hot.
The bartender makes simply gorgeous cocktails, I definitely recommend trying classic cocktails at this place.
Neutral background music plays throughout the evening, and either DJs or vocalists come closer to night.
The interior is pleasant, loft-style, corresponds to the name😂
The only disadvantage that I would note is one toilet, sometimes a very large one is formed and it can take a very long time to get there.
Otherwise, everything is great.

The food and hookahs are excellent, although there is not much choice on the menu. The prices are reasonable. Calmly, you can sit as a couple or a company. Cocktails are not very expensive, there is a clear saving on ingredients, a lot of ice, but there is no taste. The staff still needs to be taught to work with details, helpful, but not very attentive, when changing dishes, they took away the appliances and did not bring new ones, only 3 napkins were brought to a company of 4 people, a hookah was brought with one mouthpiece, they constantly had to go and ask for something. One dish was cold, although it was not supposed to be. If there is an alternative, it is better not to go

The place is cozy, the hookah master is a very nice guy, but the waiter girl is very disliked by people, very repulsive by communicating with visitors. I understand that it is difficult in the service sector, there is a personal one in such an area, and communication with a dissatisfied person, as it seemed to us in this place, is not acceptable, I am talking specifically about one waiter and not about all (the girl's name was Anna). We came in the evening to relax with the company. We booked in advance, it's very convenient - you can see which tables are available. It's really cool. Pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive music (but keep in mind that we were on a weekday at 7 pm). The staff is friendly and attentive. The hookah is great, the cocktails are delicious☺ We didn't take much from the food, but the wings were just amazing 😊

We visited this place yesterday and, to put it mildly, were not satisfied, we booked a table for 20:00 and at 22:00 the waiter girl hinted that it was time for you to turn off, since we ordered a table according to her until 22:00, although there were no restrictions on the site. They asked to call the administrator to solve this problem and continue to rest, but the administrator did not come out for unknown reasons. The hookah was super, for which special thanks to the hookah master, but the meat plate was terrible, the meat was cold, it felt like it had just been taken out of the freezer. A hookah bar is nothing more. The staff is excellent, friendly and do their job very well. Smart guys, thanks for that. The hookah is good, Ivan is a pro in his field. The atmosphere is pleasant, quiet and peaceful there. There is a DJ, but there is no dance music.
For some dishes, I can say that it is completely tasteless. It's better not to go there to eat. The prices are average.

I liked the place as a whole. The music is unobtrusive, foreign, without Russian pop. We took two different sandwiches on the occasion of burger day and discounts on them - with beef and salmon. Toasts are well fried in a toaster, high-quality white bread does not crumble, it is viscous. The beef had a cold filling. The burgers were cooked for 25 minutes with an almost empty hall, but we had plenty of time. I especially liked the waiter's clienting - he immediately came up, brought the menu, then immediately brought two glasses of water. When talking to a client, he squatted down to accept the client's level, so as not to look down on him. We actually stopped by on the way to look at the menu, but we were looking for pizza and pancakes.

The decoration of the establishment is excellent, the hood works perfectly (better than in some hookah bars). Hookah and hookah masters are top. In the first days of work, there were no complaints about them. We changed the coals on time, clarified if everything was fine.
After a while, everything went from bad to worse. The bar is open from 18, by 19 o'clock there is no beer (it's already over), branded tea (mango is over), lemonades (something else is over there). Sangria's order - after 30 minutes, the girl remembered about us, and said that she forgot to tell about her absence/
The price tag for tea on the menu is 2.50, and the receipt is 5.50. Why is this? Why don't you inform the guests about price changes?
On the day when there was still bottled beer available - it was carried from 20 minutes +, did we pour beer into a glass ourselves (vtf)? Hookah masters stopped watching the hookah. For an hour and a half of smoking 1!!!Once the coals were tapped?
We ordered Buffalo wings. The output is 550 grams. They brought the usual deep-fried wings (where's the barbecue sauce, where's the icing?) Two and a half wings, the rest is carrots and celery. Fish&chips - that's great here)
There were 5 confident visits, and with each visit, some of the menu items were missing in principle or had already ended.

I came from Minsk, friends offered to go to a hookah bar, the choice fell on the Loft. There were no places, we left our contacts and the administrator contacted us about half an hour later, so we got there anyway. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is friendly, sushi was ordered in the kitchen, delicious, everything is fine, BUT since we aimed to smoke a hookah, an unpleasant aftertaste remained about it, the hookah master for the first time brought ordinary air that we inhaled and exhaled, no taste, no strength, zero at all. After my comment, it was redone, but also not the same, a little bit added to the fortress, otherwise, nonsense. Therefore, the verdict is that the institution is good, BUT since its main purpose is a "Hookah bar", this is a big minus, for which I withdraw 2 stars. Therefore, next time we'd better go somewhere else.

A cozy place to "eat, drink and smoke". A pretty good gloomy and dark atmosphere, very suitable for this institution. Regarding the staff: pleasant and helpful. A few words about the bar: the bartender is polite, performs his duties efficiently, the interior of the bar is also on the level. The food is delicious, I especially liked the serving of the Fish and Chips dish. I recommend this place to everyone!!!
