An excellent place!
One of the few places I want to go back to.
For any, even the most serious problems with the skin and joints - you are HERE!
I first visited here about 15 years ago, even before the construction of the water park, which now has a lot of small children in the thermal zone (on holidays and weekends). One of the three largest thermal complexes in Europe, it is favored by locals who come here on weekends, but there is no pandemonium. The thermal zone, consisting of several outdoor and indoor pools with different water temperatures, underwater massage, Jacuzzi, counter currents, etc., etc., is connected to the hotel building by an indoor warm and picturesque lobby. You can walk from the room to the thermal complex (even in winter) directly in a bathrobe and slippers. A visit to the complex is included in the package of accommodation. A programmed wristwatch is issued, which simultaneously serves as a code key for access to the lobby and the thermal zone, which has a so-called VIP Shuffelbad for adults. For a small surcharge, you get access to a separate area with swimming pools, various types of baths and saunas with fonts, in which you can stay in a negligee.
Directly in the hotel itself, located among the hills covered with flowers, vineyards and specially paved cycling and hiking trails, there is also a large swimming pool (which, by the way, is almost never empty) with panoramic windows and gorgeous views of the valley, and saunas, and relaxation rooms (everything is included in the price), and excellent SPA complex.
The rooms fully correspond to the level of the European "four". For allergy sufferers, there are environmentally friendly rooms in which absolutely EVERYTHING is made only from natural materials. Each room has a large terrace with magnificent views.
The quality and range of food is beyond praise. The bread table is a separate delicious topic. At lunchtime (even if you have half board), two types of very tasty soup are offered in the self-service restaurant. Hungarian goulash is something!
There is always a decent unlimited Austrian sparkling wine on the buffet.
PS The tastiest Austrian beer is cheaper than water!
The rest provided by the thermal springs covers the disadvantages of the hotel, such as the furniture in the rooms requiring repair, and in the hotel itself.
Very good breakfasts and dinners.
But the incomprehensible layout of the baths themselves and everything that is there, such as saunas, swimming pools and so on.
There is no Russian language.
