I handed them the phone in a safety glass. I never keep phones without glass. And when you bathed, they gave me the phone without a protective glass. They said go ahead and glue it anywhere, but they didn't say where to put the glass. They just said don't come to us anymore if you don't like it. And how my phone turned out to be without glass was never explained.
