Very nice hotel on the first line. Great location. The beach is nice. No need to go to the islands. Nearby there is a fruit market, four shops, exchangers, tour sellers, massage therapists. The most important disadvantage of the rooms is tired. They practically restored their bath. The drain was not working, the faucet in the sink was broken, the faucet in the bathtub was broken. Everything was fixed at the request. The air conditioner does not work well, it is not regulated. They couldn't fix it. And it's very dirty. They pointed it at the top and forgot about it. The breakfasts are excellent. There are many arrivals of tourists from India and China, the Chinese are not visible, they go on excursions. Hindus swim in their underpants, they forgot to tell them about their swimming trunks. You just turn a blind eye to a lot of things. Russian tourists occupy sun beds near the pool and on the beach, with everything they can in the morning (a towel, a pareo and once just a bottle of water) and can only come to lunch or after. In general, everyone has disadvantages.

The hotel is beautiful and large.The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable.The only thing is that there is not enough storage space, a narrow closet and 2 shallow drawers for small things. We put our things on an empty bed. The breakfasts are hearty, the menu has not changed in 14 days, it did not upset us, there is something to choose from.Cleaning, towels, water - daily. The pool is clean and large. I recommend. 🤝

It was from November 18 to 29, 2024.The hotel is not bad with its own beach, gym, massage parlor. The breakfast buffet is quite varied, there are always fresh vegetables and fruits, I think everyone will find something to eat. The furniture is a little old already, but the mattress is comfortable and the pillows are too, towels are changed every day, bed linen every other day. I had a room with a beautiful view of the sea, quite spacious. There is a two-level swimming pool with waterfalls, the only disadvantage is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach. There is a well-developed infrastructure around the hotel, there is a market with fruits and coffee shops, a pharmacy, and exchangers. Russian russians are a lot in the hotel, although no one speaks Russian at the reception, but if they do not understand, they take out a phone with a translator, problems are solved quickly. Nice hotel in a peaceful area of Pattaya. I liked the service, everyone is polite and ready to help. The hotel is very clean, nice, and cool. Very tasty breakfasts! The territory is comfortable and beautiful. The beach is certainly not big, but its own and the first line. The sea is right at the steps of the beach. There is practically no territory as such, only a small coastline, but there is enough space for everyone. The sun beds are free, but they are always occupied by towels from our compatriots, of whom 95 percent are in the hotel. They throw a towel on the sunbed in the morning and leave...
I took off one star for the fact that there were cockroaches in our room (9th floor). There are no more complaints about this hotel, we were satisfied with everything else.

Nice hotel in the north. The water in the sea is much cleaner than in the center or south of Pattaya. Its own pool with different depths for children and very deep. There are rescuers. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel staff, who help to check into the room, persistently demand tips. And quite decent amounts. They are not satisfied with 100-200 baht. But you have to be firm about this question :)) It's not a very convenient location in terms of getting to the center or at least the streets with tuk-tuks. It's about a kilometer away under the sun. The rooms themselves require cosmetic repairs, but generally not bad. The food is varied for breakfast, sun beds on the beach and there are also 2 cafes. One of them is from the hotel. Next to the hotel, just 25 meters away, there is a troika (!) 7 Eleven, as well as Top,s (former Family March) and a Mini Tesco Lotus Express. There is a fruit market and a night market with food 50 meters away.

We stayed at the hotel from March 1 to March 13, 2025. We lived in a Deluxe building in a 60m Mini-suite with a sea view. Quiet, easy. Definitely better than in the main building, but worse than in the Long Beach Pavilion with its green, well-kept grounds.

A very varied breakfast, lots of food. The lunch boxes are delicious, we didn't stay hungry, we didn't even finish. The rooms are great, the furniture looks good, and the view from the window is amazing.
They charge a deposit of 2000 baht, but if everything is OK, they return it at check-out. They tried to give us a banknote with Frame 9, but we noticed and asked to replace it with the current one.

We had a family vacation (2 adults +2 children) in December 2024. Our Junior Suite Plus room was located in a neighboring building on the second floor with a sea view. The furniture is old, the bed has seen a lot. The spacious room is divided into two zones: a bedroom and a living room, so that the adults slept separately from the children. Each child had their own bed. The room has two toilets, bathroom, shower, cooking area, two independent air conditioners. Personal hygiene products are added once per rest, shampoo and gel are topped up if indicated. The pastel linen is changed every day. Cleaning leaves much to be desired: the floor is swept only in the visible area, washing the bathroom is also not ice, but we are not Lena Volatile - so it's normal.
The breakfasts are excellent, no one will stay hungry. Fruits: pineapples, watermelon, mango, papaya, pitahaya. Vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, carrots. A mix of salads is made from greens. The buns are very similar to our high-calorie ones. Pasta, rice (white and filled), potatoes, and two or three types of local dishes, as well as something like Pho Bo. Drinks, even children's breakfasts. There are the least people at the opening of the restaurant, and so you need to try to find a place, almost all the tables are occupied.
The pool and the beach are a very small area for so many people, as a result of which there are very few sun loungers and they are occupied not at 6 in the morning, but sometimes in the evening. We used paid deck chairs - 1 deck chair = 100 Baht (300 rubles) for the whole day.
Therefore, the hotel is a normal FOURSOME.

The rooms are clean, tidy, the linen and beds are magnificent, they are cleaned daily. There are all accessories except toothbrushes. Soap, shampoo, gel, coffee, tea, water, kettle, hair dryer, safe, bathrobes, slippers. As stated, the room with a sea view was received, without unnecessary hassle.
The breakfasts are excellent, varied, and delicious.
The beach is our own, if you need a sunbed, then take it at 6 am, we didn't need it. The beach is clean, sandy, we went a little to the right, we were almost alone. There is a chic restaurant on the beach with excellent cuisine and sea views. There are many places near the hotel where you can have a delicious lunch and dinner, food court. For the 6th time in Thailand, this hotel was the best. We always take it in this category. We will consider it next time. I recommend 100%

Nice hotel. We were there for the winter holidays of 2023-2024. Convenient location, nearby there are shops, outdoor cafes, exchangers, sell fruits. It is possible to walk to the center of Pattaya. The beach is sandy, the coastline is greatly reduced during the evening tide, it is very interesting to watch with children. We went swimming and relaxing to the left side, there is a wider beach and there is a volleyball net :) In January, the sea was perfect, warm and clean! Perhaps we will come to this hotel again.

- my down jacket, scarf and gloves were stolen from the room. The loss was discovered at the airport. It would be too late to go back and figure it out.
It was lucky that upon arrival in Krasnoyarsk there was a thaw of -5 °C.

The breakfasts are excellent, this is the biggest plus of this hotel! I took off one star for cleaning, this is a direct problem (for example: 1. when we entered the room, it felt like it hadn't been washed at all after previous guests, the door to the balcony was all covered up, hair was on the floor, washed only when I personally brought the maid and showed it all; 2. I killed a midge on the mirror, during the week of my stay the mirror was never washed; 3. the bed was only re-made, not changed once in a week, towels were changed every day; 20-50 baht, which I left at the TV, were regularly taken away))

First of all, there were problems when checking in.A room was booked in the main building with a balcony.We were taken to the villa first.It smells strongly of bleach, and the room itself has no windows.Although the room is modern and clean.I came to the reception, the issue was resolved, I had to be a little nervous.That day, everyone was accommodated anywhere, not just booked.

Water was supplied for 2 minutes daily.

I'm not a fan of the huge hotels he belongs to. But the rooms are clean, but the style of the whole building and the rooms are 30 years old..The first level is located about 4 floors above the sea. Hello, we visited the hotel in June 2024. In general, I liked the hotel, the breakfast is for different tastes, of course there is no red fish, but you can eat well in the morning. And soup and the first and second and pastries, sausages, eggs, in general, you will not leave breakfast hungry. The staff is very attentive, polite, and sweet. They almost don't understand Russian, but they quickly turn on the phone with a translator. The territory is good, the sea is 3 meters away. There was a low tide in the morning and a high tide in the evening. We swam every day. The room was cleaned every day. There is a gym and tennis for free (included in the ticket price)I liked everything, but they don't seem to notice the simple things. A spider web is hanging somewhere, or a rotten stick is lying on the territory.... I concluded that they were just lazy people or didn't get enough. There is a lot of Russian food nearby. Be sure to visit your Favorite Siam cafe. The food is very tasty, like at home. The portions are large, the children were delighted. And the owner is a Russian man. I want to leave my opinion about this hotel, we went to New Year's Eve on 23.12-04.01 and returned to our homeland just yesterday. I read a lot of reviews before booking, and they are generally objective and true to reality. Except for some of my subjective requirements and perceptions.
Food. There seems to be a lot of things that are valid. But the children ate cereal, croissants, fruits, sausages, eggs, vegetables. I have the same thing and sometimes pasta, rice or potatoes in a rustic way. The rest is all very specific, a hodgepodge of meat, vegetables and spices in gravy, I didn't dare say a word, although we ate a lot of local things in the cafe. For 12 days, I got a little tired of the same thing every day. The canteen's opening hours are very good, even if you arrive at 10 a.m. there will still be food, and it will be replenished before the end of breakfast.
The rooms. There was a strange incident here. We booked two deluxe suites, we were given two deluxe suites, but one had to accommodate two adults and two children on the same double bed, the children were not infantes. The other one has two adults and a child of 10 years old, no extra beds are provided. At the same time, they pointed out that we definitely need separate beds in at least the second room, I think anex or the hotel should not have booked us into these rooms at all. The room itself is beautiful, you can say it's a two-room room with a gorgeous bathroom, there are no views only from there, but it is suitable for a maximum of two adults and a child who will sleep with his parents on the bed. Plumbing wasn't working in one of the rooms, the water just wasn't flowing. I didn't have time to take a photo in the rush. Of course, the reception settled everything, not willingly, but for free, they gave rooms in the main building, but this running around with suitcases to one building on the 7th floor, then to another, with three children after 20 hours of travel. The rooms in the main building are tired, especially the plumbing, everything used to be, as they say in the reviews, but we didn't pay attention to it, cleaning every day, beautiful view, good beds and linens, tea and coffee, a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom (the first time we saw this), a safe, bathrobes (really with holes) slates, etc. Some points that I would like to draw your attention to: it's a noisy air conditioner, I couldn't sleep with it, it's old, there's no remote control, temperature and power control, primitive from the wall, but even at 1 speed it makes noise like a tractor and cools down decently, getting up to turn it off/on in the middle of the night and not getting enough sleep sorry, but I'll pass, first of all I got up at night exhausted, I couldn't figure out why, I was thinking from the road, but on the second night I was exhausted, I couldn't sleep, I turned it off and opened the balcony. It was good that it was windy and we didn't turn it on anymore. The next moment, the cleaners arrive early, at 6-7 o'clock and start making terrible noise, maybe we were unlucky to have rooms opposite their room, but several times they woke us up with their noisy conversations, they can also clean rooms at different ends of the corridor and chat loudly among themselves, laugh, slam doors all the time, drop mops. They knocked on our room twice at 8 a.m. for the purpose of cleaning, I'm not in the habit of getting up so early on vacation.
They also left us three sets of towels for four people and nothing else, I went to the reception, tipped, Alyonka chocolates, it was of no use, the children were not infantes, they did not explain it in any way, nodded their heads and that was it, we made do with three. Wifi is there, but it's not there. I caught it better in the hallway, more or less in the lobby, it's bad in the room, it's very bad on the beach and pool. My point is that if you need it for work, it's better to buy a SIM card in Lotus for 199 with unlimited money and not suffer. We had enough for social media, WhatsApp, and taxi calls.
The location is excellent, everything is nearby, souvenirs and ointments are really cheaper in the shops opposite the building from our villa hotel, in the center, at the terminal, at other large shopping centers, everything is more expensive, compared. A night market, fruits, an exchanger (the only thing that TT is the most profitable exchanger with a yellow design is open from 9 to 21, but even at 20-55 they already refuse, just keep this in mind), several 7/11 shops, lotus, top daily, a massage parlor (we went to Savanna). Cafes: teremok, red ant, Eurasia, beloved Siam, I did not like them, I do not recommend them; I liked the market, we ate a lot, it was crowded in the evenings. Blue Siam's favorite cafe is if you go north towards the Temple of Truth, we could see it from the window. We also went to the Dumpling Shop a few times, but it's further towards the center, delicious but expensive. We ate once in the terminal at a laudatory cafe, where you put money on the card and then buy food with this card, I don't recommend it, but it seems cheaper, but the portions are meager, you leave hungry, there are a lot of people, we got sour soup, they didn't return the money, they said it was technically impossible, there was no pleasure in visiting this institution We got it. We took a Bolt taxi to the center, and a couple of times we took a tuk tuk with other hotel guests (prices were several times higher than in the app), since we couldn't call Bolt because of the new year on 31-1-2, it was very difficult with free cars and prices were raised mercilessly. The first time we walked from walking Street, it was hard, we didn't dare anymore. There's no problem walking back to the terminal, for a change. I also liked the Central marina store, where there are Nike puma adidas outlets and other stores, it is located a little further from the terminal on second street, in front of it there is a bazaar with souvenirs with reasonable prices and McDonald's. The prices in the terminal and the central festival seemed very high for us, and we bought a little at the outlets. We also walked from the hotel to the Temple of truth for an excursion at 11:30, using the navigator, we got there without problems for 20-25 minutes with a stroller and children.
Beach. It's clean and narrow, but there are a lot of people, and the battle for sun beds is every day, I tried to get up on the alarm clock at 6 a.m. on vacation - to hell with it. Once at 7:30 I came to the beach (I couldn't sleep, the cleaners woke me up screaming) to swim, all the sun beds were already occupied. By the way, the hotel has nowhere to lie on its own bedding, only if the tide is out, and the beach is wider to the left and right, there are paid sun beds and a free place. Sometimes we were lucky, we came and had a place to stay, and then people weren't all like that (they'd throw in the towel and not show up all day), someone would leave and pick up their things, and a couple of times they'd sunbathe on their bedding. It's cool that there are a lot of trees nearby and there is shade. Squirrels are jumping in the trees, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Yes, the sun beds are wooden, some of them are not very good anymore, it didn't bother us. In the evening, you can buy fruits and juices at the market and go to the beach for a snack, there are tables and lounge chairs, the light bulbs are pleasantly lit, the sound of the sea, the chains are all glowing. The pool is completely full, people throw off each other's towels, swear, we could add more sun beds to the pool, there are places for 10-20 deck chairs for sure. We were also unlucky because of the new year at the upper pool. Preparations for the new year began on the day of our arrival on 24.12, on the beach on 29.12, at the main pool on 30.12, the sun beds were gradually removed completely, decorations were erected, tables were set up on the gallows, and so on. Dinner, by the way, cost 5,000 baht (multiply 3.35, that is, 16750₽) for an adult and 2,500 for a child ticket, the celebration was from 19 to 1-00, the fireworks were gorgeous, but it was available naturally to all guests. We didn't take dinner from the tour operator, we thought it was cheaper on the spot, but no, it turned out to be even more expensive on the spot. But at 1.01 in the morning, everything was cleaned, the sun beds were returned, you could even find a sunbed by the upper pool during the day, it became more comfortable. The sea is clear, a little muddy, I liked it more than on Jomtien, we didn't go to the islands this time, we didn't see the point. The pool is a little dirty, cleaned once during our vacation, sand on the bottom, leaves and branches from trees. The water is cold. The cascading pool with stones is very beautiful, the waterfall on the upper pool was turned on once. You can also visit the Finnish sauna for free, where there is a spa sign. I'm not an amateur, but people went to warm up and relax.
In general, a normal hotel, we would have returned, that says it all.

Everything is great. The cuisine is very tasty and varied, yes, the menu does not change every day, but you can always choose what you like. There are European dishes, there is local cuisine with an emphasis on tourists, fresh fruits and juices, quite a bit (and this is very good!!!) baking. It's great that there are no nuggets and fries.
The rooms are decent, spacious, with wonderful sea views. The bed linen and towels are snow-white, everything smells nice. The cleaning is unobtrusive, the quality does not depend on tips. In general, I like that the staff knows their business and you don't seem to notice them.
The pools are clean. Children and adults have a place to turn around. A couple of meters from the pool and a clean beach! The water is good, you can swim.
The grocery market is just around the corner, there are many cafes and street food vendors near the hotel. There will definitely be no problems with nutrition.
The cons, to be honest, I can't remember) The only thing is, the coffee is terrible, but you can drink it.

I immediately invited the maids, showed them what to change- the linen was changed.
The floors have not been washed for three days, it is impossible to walk on the floor with bare feet, the feet are black. Then I took it and poured water straight from the hose, and invited the maids again to clean the floor.
The bathroom curtain is dirty, and it's black with dirt underneath.
About deck chairs on the beach, it's full of trash. Everything is falling apart, only the pool is more or less decent. They are sorely lacking.
People are forced to take a place "under the sun"
