A wonderful hotel with a well-thought-out territory. Very exciting water parks. Good restaurants, delicious endless food. We've been here twice. The first October - November is a wife with two children. The second time is April-May with the whole family with four children. The kids are thrilled. We had the best rooms both times. It still matters!

First of all, hello, your hotel is really beautiful, and very luxurious. But the prices are set only for foreigners, tourists, I don't even know how many hundred TL a keychain is sold. I also want to point out that most of the food is really stale. I bought sushi to try, the rice was waiting for dry, the seaweed was waiting for hard. A person does not understand what he is eating. The pasta is not missing salt, there is no pole. And one issue that we are very uncomfortable with is that foreigners walk around as they want. I couldn't quite explain, what I'm saying is this. We went to the amusement park at the hotel with my family. They didn't put a Turkish girl on a toy because of her weight, and they couldn't get along because the employee was a foreigner. He had to have over 30 cliograms. But there were 3 foreign children riding 4 laps on that toy and nothing was said to them. Besides, they were so spoiled, they were almost going to tear the toy off, they were yelling at each other, bothering people, and they damaged the toy. Naturally, we could not express ourselves because the employee was a foreigner. The entertainment that is going on outside, the employees are very friendly. We met with your Operations Manager, he came to us because I had a Galatasaray jersey on and we had a short conversation. Really, not only a gentleman, but all your employees are very sincere. Everything has been thought out inside the hotel, the rooms are excellent, we really liked the hotel, but some things are really points-lowering. Some of the dishes were excellent, the desserts are already fantastic. Also, that Galatasaray jersey girl is also mine :) We stayed at your hotel for 3 days, I thank you for hosting us at this beautiful hotel, have a nice day.

Great hotel! We had a family vacation in mid-October 2019. Children aged 8 and 13. I liked everything. Slides, pools, meals, staff, room. The beach is pebbly, but this is not a minus for me, just take your swimming slippers with you. Diving from the pier 👍 fire rest!! Live music every evening. The Internet is flying in the main building and at the large water park. We lived in the harmony building, where the Internet is worse, but quieter, there are no queues in the main restaurant, although everything is moving fast in the airport. There were a million kids!! From young to old)) everyone had something to do.

There are a lot of different slides and for different ages. But not all are heated and warmed up. And where there are slides for the youngest, there is a canopy (it's a good idea for small children to be in the sun), but the water there is very cold!

In the restaurant, you constantly have to look for a place to sit, there were no plates, the waiters simply ignore the Russians, for them there are only Germans. The furniture in the hotel has become shabby, old, everything in the bars is also diluted, I did not like it, I will not go anymore. They fell low! P.S the only plus is the attractions.
