The most terrible haircut in my life! I've never been so upset as I am today. I went there after reading good reviews, but apparently the person writes them to himself. Since there is no professionalism there. At first, the "master" washed my hair like a washcloth, very roughly and not pleasantly. Then I began to tear (there's no other way to say it) raw hair, it hurt me a lot. I get a haircut every three months and I've never had any pain when combing and in general, my hair is quite docile. Then he began to dry them with a hair dryer, continuing to make strange movements with a comb as if combing. As a result, there was some kind of nest on the head. I didn't understand how he would comb it now. And then he combed them very painfully and painfully for me, I think he tore everything out for me. I'm not exaggerating, honestly, it was hell. After my master, to whom I have been going for 15 years, I always come out with shiny and light hair, but here I didn't see much difference. Moreover, when I came home, I found that I also had a crooked haircut. To my comment, the master replied that he had never seen such a poorly groomed hair and tangle, which I consider very unprofessional on his part, insulting and boorish. My hair is good, and he should pay attention to his tools. My dog's combs look better than his. I was shocked by what he was tormenting me with, it was just disrespect for himself and for the client. Most likely, I will have to look for a place to get a haircut and give money back.

A terrible place, the 'master' whose name is Elbrus, arranged the execution with disgusting combs, then with some scissors (apparently there are no others) he simply cut off. The result is zero, everything is crooked, 50 GEL minus. In response to the outrage, he replied something like "I've never seen such a tangle and not well-groomed hair ..." In short, they are to blame in his opinion.
He should work for the Gestapo, but not as a hairdresser. A photo of the super professional's tools is attached.
