In this section you will find tourist reviews about Los Angeles Airport, as well as information about wireless Internet access, the availability or absence of rest rooms, amenities and services ... and yes, even the names of some hotels at the airport in case you decide that sleeping at the airport is unacceptable for you!
Moving between terminals on foot. It's not very convenient with things. There were no signs with exits where Aeroflot is located. I had to turn to the employees for help. But in general, everything is very decent
The Venice area, namely, the ocean coast, is dotted with homeless people, the smell is appropriate. In general, the city itself is good, but apart from Beverly Hills, Santa Monica Pier and the Alley of stars there is not much to see there
There is nothing to do without a car, but with a car there are traffic jams :) universal and Santa Monica Mast Sea beach, avenue of stars optional. The Hollywood inscription is visible from the parking lot on the roof of the hardware store, the search will tell you which one :)
Upon arrival at L-A, they stood at passport control for a very long time, for more than 2 hours, only 3 officers worked, and a lot of flights arrived. In the queue, the woman became ill, doctors were called.Such a large airport could have more clearly organized the passage of formalities
Expectations do not correspond to reality. Poverty is off the scale. Homeless people at every turn. Garbage on the streets (there is less in the center). Unsanitary conditions. The "American Dream" has collapsed. There are also positive aspects of the city: the famous alley of stars (but again with homeless people underfoot). I liked Universal City Park. There is something to see. Responsive and kind people (Americans)
A huge, soulless airport... moving between terminals is disgusting. No matter how much they scold JFK, the logistics there are much better. And also, do not believe that everything is cheaper in the "clean" Duty Free zone. Fiction, prices are sometimes twice as high as in the city.
Huge, just gigantic. Arrival queues are organized and monitored by staff. I thought that I would be idle for 5 hours to get out of the car, but thousands of people rushed ahead in 1h20 m and I crossed the border and went out into the city.
In general, an understandable and quite comfortable airport. A terrible disadvantage, in my opinion, is the lack of storage rooms, I had to book a storage room at the hotel

You can and should come here in 4 hours!!!there is no normal flight schedule board and everyone is queuing up for their airline, respectively, an airline like Delta operates flights almost all over the world, so imagine how many people will be in front of you!
A huge airport. There are great difficulties when moving from one terminal to another along the street (there are a lot of people and in some places there are no pedestrian roads).
A very large airport with a bunch of terminals. When transferring, you need to be more careful and calculate the time, because the road to another terminal may take time.
Anyway, I played geta 5. And stupidly when I arrived, I just came, such a beautiful city, I so wanted to take and steal a car, but I'm not in the get.. and so I wanted to)
Despite the fact that the airport is very large, everything is organized at the highest level.

A convenient modern airport. But it is somewhat unusual that you cannot immediately call a taxi to the exit, but have to take a shuttle to the taxi stand.
They have a mess with the Alaska airline, and with the staff, and with the equipment! As it is, the airport does not differ in its originality.

At the airport, you can spend up to 2 hours going through border and customs control.
