A super hotel with a wonderful interior, a great idea with a sleeping place that looks like in the air, from which you can enjoy a view of wonderful nature and the sky! A very atmospheric place, the views from the room are simply amazing, a new hotel, there are rooms with a heated pool and a bedroom under panoramic glass. You wake up in the morning and the mountains look at you, and you look at them. Words cannot convey the feelings that you experience there. The staff is friendly and kind, everyone speaks Russian.

This place is wonderful for everyone. Let's start with telephone conversations, they will always answer, explain everything correctly, tell you all the conditions, send a video review. Upon arrival, a nice receptionist greets you, it is important that he communicates in Russian too, for which special thanks. The location is chosen in the most beautiful place, it is impossible to describe in words when sitting in the bathroom you merge with Mother nature. The morning is the most magical, because your first glance falls on the vast forests. In the end, even sleeping here is not like everywhere else - calm, serene. The bathroom has everything you need, ending with disposable slippers. Thank you very much, my family had a great pleasure visiting you. Prosperity and success to you.

An awesome place, with an amazing outdoor Jacuzzi and mountain views, the staff is wonderful, half the night they heated the Jacuzzi and helped with all questions, the sutra is a wonderful breakfast, the rooms themselves are very beautiful and unusual, the most beautiful place in Armenia)

Excellent location, comfortable accommodation, stylish design, warm welcome, hospitable hosts. I heartily recommend it. Nearby there is a yellowpark, where there is entertainment in the form of extreme entertainment, horseback riding, and a restaurant. The hotel has a delicious breakfast, you can come with your own products, everything you need for cooking is there, all bathroom accessories, bathrobe and slippers are normal. Anrek was very friendly, treated with hookah, fruits, wine as a companion👌I can safely recommend and wish further prosperity to the project🙌

It's a very cool place, with incredible staff, with incredible views
We were there when we completed only 3 main cottages, in the process there was a main house and a restaurant. The food was used for delivery, which was organized by the owners. Who also brought us from Yerevan and then brought us back, taking a tour of local attractions along the way.
Would you come back again? Definitely, but not for 1 day, but for longer.

The price is too high.
But the place is very beautiful! Unusual and fascinating... would have returned again if not for the conflict.
Got money for divorce during eviction…
Arriving at the hotel, we asked if it would be possible to stay for another day, the girl said that another house was available. We asked to clarify the price for it, we did not hear the answer until the next morning.
In the morning they decided not to stay because no one announced the price ... they called a girl to take the house for eviction.
The girl found out that we were not staying, demanded 50% of the cost of living from us, as she allegedly booked us a house. We were outraged, because we did not agree with her, but just clarified…
We refused to pay, the girl started screaming and demanding money…
The price per day in the house is 30,000 rubles / 120,000 drams.
