An excellent recreation center, a very cool spa complex, everything is delicious in the dining room, prices are reasonable. We were in the off-season, there were few residents, so there were no problems with food, which we wrote about earlier. There was always a choice and in sufficient quantity, although dinner was from 16.00 to 17.00. The suite is from the old foundation, clean and comfortable, comfortable mattress, new bed linen. Excellent SPA for a reasonable price, small but well-maintained area. The only thing I didn't really like was the barbecue areas: the barbecues are old and warped, there is not one under the canopy, in case of rain, as it was with us, there is nowhere to hide, there are no garbage containers next to the barbecue. Given that they are provided for an additional hourly fee, the barbecue areas could have been equipped better, or charged only for the rental of skewers and grills. I would also like the rooms to have additional dishes, plates, forks, or even nothing to warm up the food in the existing microwave. This is not a claim, but a wish to the owners that this wonderful place be even better!

The main advantage is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
As for the rooms: they are old. The handle on the cabinet door is broken. The room with the name comfort did not have a kettle, or even a glass for water. There is also no hair dryer anywhere (I lived in two different rooms).
The dining room is open. But the dishes are very simple and quite small. There is no meat, only chicken!
On weekends, the canteen is open until 17. It will be very inconvenient there without a car, even though the bus stops there
I liked the spa, it's good. But also, the bar is closed on weekends.

We were visitors to the spa complex a few weeks ago.The impression remained very ambiguous.We rented a room for three, which turned out to be on the ground floor.To say that the room is very "tired" is to say nothing.Both the rooms and the bathroom require renovation.But even this was not as impressive as the temperature in the room - they just froze overnight.We read on the website that there is a restaurant on the territory that we decided to visit.The meaning of the word "restaurant" clearly differs from the administration.It turned out to be a dining room in a classic form.As for the spa itself, everything is more fun here.A warm swimming pool (maybe not very large, but just right for your purposes), Russian and Finnish baths and a hammam.There is also a bar for those who wish.Perhaps, for those who come only to the spa, there are certain inconveniences, because outerwear should be left in the locker room of the pool, and it is quite humid there (but this is my subjective impression).
In general, the spa left a good impression and the price for a visit is quite acceptable, but there is no desire to stay overnight.

1. The hammam does not heat the surfaces on which you are lying, either there is no heating at all, or it was turned off when I was there. And this is not a boor anymore.
2. The locker room is shared, it has 2 benches with 30 lockers
3. The shower is in the general compartment, you can't close in the shower because there's no lock!
4. The font is not working

6. There are only 4(!) towel hooks in about 3 saunas, people just throw towels on the sink or shower walls.
7. 7 deck chairs, which are usually occupied just by things, because there is nowhere else to put things, especially for people with children.
8. There's just nowhere to sit if people have taken sun beds.
Bottom line: It's a pity that a potentially good place is gradually being killed and not maintained properly. There are many disadvantages that are easy to eliminate, but no one cares about them.
Unclosed souls and 4 hooks for 3 saunas are a laugh. But since there are no alternatives in our area, people will go, many have never seen this, so you don't have to do anything.

A good wellness complex. It provides services for a water wellness area, a sauna complex, billiards and an entertainment program. I liked the saunas. The reception staff is friendly. The rooms are generally comfortable but require a more thorough inspection upon check-in. A bra was found under the bed, which spoiled the experience. Otherwise, I liked everything.
For the better, I will note the food and since we had a rest in winter, the program included a picnic outside and sports games, which we also liked.
For the worse, boring discos and water games (largely due to non–professional presenters).
I would also like to note that with a decent level of nutrition, you have to brew tea and coffee in paper cups on a hotpot with a queue.
To the staff: Review the organization of drinks and events, as well as check the rooms more carefully for the delivered items.

This is not the first time we have been to the SPA, reservations are made in advance so as not to exceed the number of visitors ... but today something went wrong. There are a lot of people, and most importantly, a lot of children who jump into the pool, behave chaotically, while all parents do not react in any way (if adults do not respect the rest of other visitors, what can we say about their children) as a result, the SPA (which implies tranquility) has turned into an almshouse. It's a pity, because there are no similar places in Vitebsk. The staff also does not react to this chaos in any way. Before our eyes, the boy jumped, slipped and hit his back against the side of the pool, apparently they will follow the safety rules when something happens.

We came in November for 3 days. Overall, the impressions are positive. A lot of people, but it was expected.. The statement of the employees of the canteen was distorted.. To our request to eat in the hall with the "famous" grand piano, a government response was given-We feed individuals in another hall! The fact that sometimes these persons may wish for some intimacy and romance (for their money) is not suspected by the canteen staff.. When we were making a barbecue with a company, the instructor hung his uniforms on the gazebo without asking and all those who wanted to pass the relay gathered. All the other rooms were in terrible condition, and they remained in this condition. Food is a separate topic in fact, the girls at the reception are discouraged from full board, which is indicated on the website when booking and you have to go to the dining room yourself and choose everything from the menu. But whenever there is no food listed on the menu, there is one girl working in the dining room who categorically can not cope. The food is of the same type and the same thing from morning to evening, not only is there half of it, it is heated in the microwave. Everything in the dining room is disorganized, the forks and tablecloths are dirty. What the administration is looking at. It would be nice for the sanitary station to visit there. The holiday home met my expectations. The rooms are ordinary. They correspond to the price category. Take a hairdryer and washing accessories with you. Robes too. The SPA was satisfied. We took our souls away, played enough Russian billiards). If you do not have high requests, then I recommend this place.
P.S. the girls at the reception are polite, sympathetic. But in 3 days they did not come to us and did not give us a remote control. The TV wasn't fixed either). But this is not so important.
The only remark is the cleaning of the rooms. I have complaints about her.

We went to the dining room for breakfast, the prices are not great, the food is satisfactory. We took 2 portions of pasta + sausage, fried eggs (fried eggs + bacon), 2 coffees. They gave me 12 rubles.

Great scenic location and friendly staff. If necessary, additional sleeping accessories will be provided and a heater)))) We took a double suite for a day, the cost is 80 bel.rub. The room is pleasant, clean, tidy, there were towels, disposable soap accessories. There is also all the necessary household appliances for comfort, including a hair dryer (girls will appreciate it). There are barbecues on the territory, although some already have no bottom, so many guests brought their own. There is a tube rental of 5p per hour, and the slide is good. It's just great to relax with children there.
We visited the SPA (swimming pool and three saunas - the temperature is decent), there is a snow generator for those who like to cool off after steam. We had 2 hours in the spa, the price is 27p per person. Of the disadvantages, there is nowhere to hang things in the area of the pool itself, hangers are simply not provided, which is not very convenient, towels and bath caps have to be put where necessary. Of course, there are lockers in front of the entrance to the pool, but you don't run into them every time, and even more so there are dry clothes in them. The SPA is open up to 24 hours, so you can choose a time when there will be fewer people and go relax. We will definitely go there again.

I didn't like it. The furniture is dead, the bed springs are pressing into the ribs, mold is on the walls, some of the wallpaper is torn off, the linen is old and with holes, towels are washed, curtains fall out of the cornice, in winter at -12 outside in the room there is a frank oak - 16 degrees, frozen under two blankets, there is no hot water at all, it does not even flow. We were in room 404. We were traveling in transit to St. Petersburg from Brest, a hard road in a blizzard and icy rain, and instead of resting we got a solid negative.
The girls at the reception are frankly sorry - they have to listen to all these complaints regularly.
They didn't even try the food and SPA, they went home.
