Cool house territory, closed courtyard, clean, cozy. But it was so cold in the apartment that I went out at -5 degrees to warm myself outside ...... just, I can't put it into words .... I don't know how in other apartments of this residential complex. But I had 1 studio room, and the loggia was connected to the room, it was wildly cold from there. And in the bathroom you could store food instead of a refrigerator)))))) there wasn't even a coil, that's why it was so cold... I hope that everything is different in other apartments. The LCD itself is great! Modern. But there is another disadvantage: There are 14 apartments on one floor (as far as I remember). But I've never met any neighbors.

It's not a bad house. There is a park nearby where you can walk, especially if you have a dog. One of the disadvantages is the poor quality of cleaning in the entrances (specifically in ours).

The house looks nice, it glows beautifully at night, as a self-respecting LCD should nowadays. There is a small enclosed courtyard with a playground. There are a lot of apartments on the site, tunnel-type studios predominate. For such a large number of apartments, parking is very small, there is no underground Parking. But there is gas in the kitchen) There should be great views from the terraces, especially when the lake is full

I live here and everything suits me. And the yard is beautiful, especially in the evening, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. But at the moment, because of the repair, it is very noisy and not comfortable sometimes the workers seem to forget about the time. I would like it to be controlled, although it is unlikely. Again, probably because of the repair, but sometimes it is very dirty and dusty in the entrances, if you can fix it, please. And so the house itself is beautiful
