We were in Tashkent for 2 days. They chose Lotte. They didn't regret it. Yes, the hotel is not new. This is not the first time we have stayed in a chain of these hotels. The location is convenient, the staff is very polite, everyone speaks Russian, and they are ready to help with any question, from places to visit, food to calling a taxi, or just talking.The standard rooms were ordinary , with a balcony , but there are rooms with a bigger balcony , and there is even a table . The breakfasts are excellent.On the ground floor there is a bar, a restaurant, a terrace, you can smoke . There is a very good place near the hotel, brazzery, varied cuisine, and service. You can also smoke everywhere. Yandex.Taxi is no problem, they arrive quickly everywhere, and the price is very pleasant. No need to hire private traders .

A great hotel, located in the very center, opposite the theater. There are beautiful parks and alleys all around. The head offices of Beeline and Kapitalbank are also within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts are excellent. Pilaf was served once for breakfast, it's a masterpiece! No pilaf centers can compare with this pilaf. The rooms are clean and not tired. The bed linen is excellent. You can pay in cash in dollars, which is much more profitable than using Union Pay cards, even yuan ones. Come, you won't regret it!

A good chain hotel, everything is of high quality, the courtyard is simply wonderful, very beautiful, cozy, photogenic. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, as the Korean chain always offers Korean cuisine, plus a naturally European breakfast. The location is gorgeous - opposite the theater, in the very center, but it's quiet at night, everything is green. I think it's one of the best locations in the city.

A great hotel in the city center. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts are gorgeous, carrot, beetroot, and pomegranate fresh are served. The bar compliments the beer. The staff is friendly and helpful. We checked in without any problems on arrival 2.5 hours ahead of check-in time.

Nice, comfortable hotel with excellent location in the Center and Good service. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and standard. Near the square, theater, shopping center. cafes, restaurants. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a courtyard. There is a currency exchange office. We are satisfied with the hotel.

We visited in May 2025. I liked everything in general. The standard room was taken, there was a lot of space, the extra bed for the child was fully equipped, the repair was not fresh but quite decent, and most importantly, everything was working and everything was clean. The breakfast is simply gorgeous, a buffet, a choice for every taste, even a fastidious child was fed. There is a spa, but it's for three, the outdoor pool is not heated, the water was very cold, there are baths inside, but they are in the locker rooms, they don't let one child into the men's room and I didn't take my eight-year-old son into the women's room, there is a kind of gym, they weren't, I don't know. The staff is very polite, they helped with all questions willingly.

It is already quite an old hotel with excellent breakfasts, I would especially like to mention fish and rice. In general, it was a good room, small with a view of the courtyard, but in the shower the faucet was just working terribly and the water was flowing in the toilet bowl (.. (please keep an eye on the plumbing in the rooms)

Excellent location and a very decent hotel, built of good brick in compliance with the rules and requirements of earthquake safety and earthquake resistance ! The hotel itself is conservative, as it is located in an old building. But it 's not bad at all , because it 's very cozy, predictable and pleasant inside . The breakfasts are great, every day there is a new extensive menu, a real pleasure :)) the disadvantage is that the pool was not ready for guests to visit, and the presence of a club nearby was also bothering (the bed literally shook from the subwoofers, it was not particularly uncomfortable to sleep) . The service at the hotel seems to be friendly , but not particularly diligent. But there is a wonderful museum nearby!

One of the best hotels I've been to. Lovely staff, always ready to help. The hotel is stylish, there are many floral arrangements, fresh flowers, you enjoy staying within its walls. A cozy courtyard with a swimming pool. The room is spacious, has everything you need, while hidden inside and does not create visual noise. Amazing breakfasts, three cuisines, 4 types of freshly squeezed juices are presented, everything is always there, they actively replenish the dishes. Good coffee. At the same time, you are in the center and everything is within walking distance or up to 10 minutes by taxi. I highly recommend the hotel!

I really liked the hotel.

Breakfast in an Italian restaurant, very cozy. The breakfast is good, with fish, fruits, eggs, porridge, fresh juices, cottage cheese, salads.
The hotel has a currency exchange, ATMs, tour operator, bar, restaurant, swimming pool.

A great hotel in the center of Tashkent. Cozy , modern , very attentive staff , all the little things in the room are taken into account. A cozy courtyard where you can have breakfast or just sit. A very tasty restaurant on the ground floor and with a great view on the sixth floor on the terrace. The prices are the same as in similar ones in the city.

One of the oldest buildings that survived the earthquake, but everything is very stylish. It is located in the city center, near a beautiful park, fountains. The staff is very polite and does everything to make you feel comfortable. The hotel has a centralized air conditioning system, and it was very hot for us in the room. At first we were offered to look at several rooms, but the temperature in them was the same as in our room, then we were offered a room with a humidifier that lowered the temperature by a couple of degrees. Very varied and delicious breakfasts. On the 6th floor there is a restaurant with an open veranda, where it is pleasant to sit in the evening. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, where it is good to swim at lunch. I recommend the hotel.

A great hotel of a high European level. It's expensive, but it's worth it. The rooms are excellent with lovely beds and the most delicate bedding. Everything is very clean and cozy. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. Excellent breakfasts for every taste and color, even Chinese-Korean cuisine is presented. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The hotel has a convenient ATM and an exchange office (although the exchange rate is not as profitable as at the airport). There are no complaints, even if you try very hard to come up with them. I recommend it!

Clean and comfortable. Some rooms require minor repairs, but absolutely not tragic. Since the owners are Koreans, the breakfast menu (Swedish.table) a lot of Korean dishes, but everything is within reason, there are no thermonuclear things. Sometimes live music is played (a local young lady plays the piano, and quite decently). WiFi by code, catches better downstairs, is acceptable in the rooms, weak in the corridors (at least with me). The electricity was cut off a couple of times, but very briefly and the hotel has nothing to do with it, this is a problem on the network. Nice neighborhood. 15-20 minutes walk from Amir Temur Square and a number of other good places, opposite is the local bolshoi theater, next to something like a promenade with a different razvekalov (something in between VDNKH to Sobyanin and the Old Arbat)
