It’s a nice hotel however, I only went there for business meetings and had drink at the bar afterwards.. quite hotel and as weather was nice it was possible to sit outside in rear garden for meeting.. nice swimming pool area as well.. it’s located in nice part of the city and easy to get around from this location..

Wonderful service. Spectacular breakfasts and unbeatable location. What more could you want. I've stayed here multiple times and would struggle to consider alternatives in Tashkent. Wonderful conference facilities and accommodating management.

Amazingly helpful staff, breakfast is fully comprehensive, and the most deep and comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel.

We were in Tashkent for 2 days. They chose Lotte. They didn't regret it. Yes, the hotel is not new. This is not the first time we have stayed in a chain of these hotels. The location is convenient, the staff is very polite, everyone speaks Russian, and they are ready to help with any question, from places to visit, food to calling a taxi, or just talking.The standard rooms were ordinary , with a balcony , but there are rooms with a bigger balcony , and there is even a table . The breakfasts are excellent.On the ground floor there is a bar, a restaurant, a terrace, you can smoke . There is a very good place near the hotel, brazzery, varied cuisine, and service. You can also smoke everywhere. Yandex.Taxi is no problem, they arrive quickly everywhere, and the price is very pleasant. No need to hire private traders .

A great hotel, located in the very center, opposite the theater. There are beautiful parks and alleys all around. The head offices of Beeline and Kapitalbank are also within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts are excellent. Pilaf was served once for breakfast, it's a masterpiece! No pilaf centers can compare with this pilaf. The rooms are clean and not tired. The bed linen is excellent. You can pay in cash in dollars, which is much more profitable than using Union Pay cards, even yuan ones. Come, you won't regret it!

A good chain hotel, everything is of high quality, the courtyard is simply wonderful, very beautiful, cozy, photogenic. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, as the Korean chain always offers Korean cuisine, plus a naturally European breakfast. The location is gorgeous - opposite the theater, in the very center, but it's quiet at night, everything is green. I think it's one of the best locations in the city.

Nice, comfortable hotel with excellent location in the Center and Good service. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and standard. Near the square, theater, shopping center. cafes, restaurants. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a courtyard. There is a currency exchange office. We are satisfied with the hotel.

We visited in May 2025. I liked everything in general. The standard room was taken, there was a lot of space, the extra bed for the child was fully equipped, the repair was not fresh but quite decent, and most importantly, everything was working and everything was clean. The breakfast is simply gorgeous, a buffet, a choice for every taste, even a fastidious child was fed. There is a spa, but it's for three, the outdoor pool is not heated, the water was very cold, there are baths inside, but they are in the locker rooms, they don't let one child into the men's room and I didn't take my eight-year-old son into the women's room, there is a kind of gym, they weren't, I don't know. The staff is very polite, they helped with all questions willingly.

It is already quite an old hotel with excellent breakfasts, I would especially like to mention fish and rice. In general, it was a good room, small with a view of the courtyard, but in the shower the faucet was just working terribly and the water was flowing in the toilet bowl (.. (please keep an eye on the plumbing in the rooms)

I was surprised. The staff is just Super polite! Really cool attitude towards the guests. The restaurant and breakfasts are excellent. Boarding and disembarking from a taxi only with the help of staff. Any request- there are no refusals. Many 5-7 star hotels will envy you. Shock. A very pleasant shock. Thanks to the hotel staff! A great hotel in the city center. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts are gorgeous, carrot, beetroot, and pomegranate fresh are served. The bar compliments the beer. The staff is friendly and helpful. We checked in without any problems on arrival 2.5 hours ahead of check-in time.

Excellent location and a very decent hotel, built of good brick in compliance with the rules and requirements of earthquake safety and earthquake resistance ! The hotel itself is conservative, as it is located in an old building. But it 's not bad at all , because it 's very cozy, predictable and pleasant inside . The breakfasts are great, every day there is a new extensive menu, a real pleasure :)) the disadvantage is that the pool was not ready for guests to visit, and the presence of a club nearby was also bothering (the bed literally shook from the subwoofers, it was not particularly uncomfortable to sleep) . The service at the hotel seems to be friendly , but not particularly diligent. But there is a wonderful museum nearby!

The breakfasts are great, the service is great everywhere. But the rooms urgently need renovation. Very old furniture and repairs. At the same time, there is a crisp bed, lots of pillows, fresh flowers in the lobby and on the stairs, but the carpet is stained, the walls are like in the early 90s. The location of the hotel is very convenient. I hope that they will get to the repair soon.

One of the best hotels I've been to. Lovely staff, always ready to help. The hotel is stylish, there are many floral arrangements, fresh flowers, you enjoy staying within its walls. A cozy courtyard with a swimming pool. The room is spacious, has everything you need, while hidden inside and does not create visual noise. Amazing breakfasts, three cuisines, 4 types of freshly squeezed juices are presented, everything is always there, they actively replenish the dishes. Good coffee. At the same time, you are in the center and everything is within walking distance or up to 10 minutes by taxi. I highly recommend the hotel!

I really liked the hotel.
Clean, modern rooms with new furniture.
Breakfast in an Italian restaurant, very cozy. The breakfast is good, with fish, fruits, eggs, porridge, fresh juices, cottage cheese, salads.
The hotel has a currency exchange, ATMs, tour operator, bar, restaurant, swimming pool.
The staff is as pleasant and responsive as possible.

A great hotel in the center of Tashkent. Cozy , modern , very attentive staff , all the little things in the room are taken into account. A cozy courtyard where you can have breakfast or just sit. A very tasty restaurant on the ground floor and with a great view on the sixth floor on the terrace. The prices are the same as in similar ones in the city.

Great hotel in the city center! Quiet, calm, cozy. There is a sauna, a fitness room, and a swimming pool. Excellent breakfasts. There is something to eat for every taste. The service is attentive. Daily cleaning service. Bathrobes, slippers, everything for hygiene is there. I'm thrilled.

Excellent hotel, luxurious beds, clean rooms, has its own outdoor pool. Very decent breakfasts. But I would not recommend the menu of an Italian restaurant, the prices are high, and the cooking is frankly weak. There is an exchanger right at the reception.
