I was in this salon with Master Umida. I am very disappointed with both the salon and the master.
1. The master did the procedures very aggressively. ALL PROCEDURES! It feels like she decided to take out all the anger and resentment of the world on me! I had scratches all over my body!
2. When the master was washing me, I almost drowned in water and foam, to which the master did not even react.
3. The washcloth that I was washed with (I already noticed this after all the procedures) is not disposable, but is used by all clients! It's disgusting!
4. Before applying any oils and scrubs, no one asked me if I was allergic to certain ingredients. During the procedure, my throat was swollen and it was difficult for me to breathe. After the procedure, I noticed that my back was covered with a rash.
5. With the soap she used to wash me (as I understand it, this is ordinary hand soap), they wanted to apply it to my face! I was just praying that this hell would end quickly!
As much as possible, no one cared about the provision of services! That masseuse, that administrators! They told me to call the call center and complain to them! I called, but ALL the phones are off! Amazing, isn't it?
I gave away 870,000 for everything. The service was not provided with the highest quality, the funds are not selected individually for each client and the individual intolerance of the components is not taken into account, they work with the cheapest that they found. disgusting! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

We were on the second floor in a room with a sauna, a hammam, a Jacuzzi, a 2*4 meter swimming pool, a relaxation room (there is a TV, tables, dishes, an electric kettle, tea bags, a refrigerator) and a massage room (price attached). Everything is new and clean. It cost 280 t. h. 1 fl without a Jacuzzi 200t per hour. The hammam smells of mold, was not particularly used, the Jacuzzi - not all the holes worked. and so I liked it. They took 2 hours, extended it to 3. Probably we'll go to the 1st floor because I didn't see much sense in the Jacuzzi.

As a result, I listened to a barrage of reproaches from her (she was polite at the beginning, she communicated pleasantly), I will say right away, of course, it's my fault that I didn't warn in advance. But my boss didn't scold me at work like that as she broke up. The Finnish sauna is relaxing compared to how she steamed me (verbally). I think even if the client messed up, you shouldn't behave like that. I didn't come well with foreigners, she would have steamed them too, she would have spoiled everyone's mood there. On October 9, a branch was opened after repairs near the government police station. Great.
