Excellent service, cleanly neat, the only drawback and what's great for customers is that they have to leave the bathhouse to get a massage!(when you return, there may be no place for 99.99999.... Please reconsider this point. Although before it was possible to take a bath and get a massage, there was no payment for the time! Yes, it's in the past....
It's completely absurd and disappointing! We wanted to spend a family day at this spa complex - parents, sister, two nephews, me and my boyfriend. We called in advance to clarify the details, and received a shocking response: "We won't let you and your boyfriend in without documents from the registry office."
We specifically explained that this was a family visit, with children and adults, but despite this, we were still refused. How is our marital status related to sauna use in general? This ridiculous rule deprived us of all vacation plans, spoiled our mood and caused a feeling of complete bewilderment.
I understand the different conditions and restrictions, but the mandatory availability of a marriage certificate for going to the sauna is beyond common sense. As a result, instead of a cozy family day, we were left at a broken trough.
If you are planning a family vacation and expect an adequate attitude towards customers, avoid this place. Otherwise, you risk running into ridiculous rules and wasted time.
